We had a problem being able to respond to all of our reviews - positive and negative - in an efficient manner and Chatmeter changed that for us. It is so nice having all reviews populated in one spot with review templates and AI responses on the ready. We also weren't able to pull report data across platforms, for specific properties, date ranges, etc. that we wanted, but now we're able to and even able to see updated/removed reviews which is helpful to prove our value and Chatmeter's value to our company. It has also been great to ensure our listing information is accurate across listing with again only going in to one platform to confirm that. Finally, the support is outstanding, whenever we have issues with a listing, getting verified, questions about changes to the industry, whatever it may be, the staff has been outstanding in answering our questions effectively and in a timely mannor. They keep us up to date on industry trends and platform updates we should know about. We like that they offer so many features, but most often we just use reputation management and listings management to easily respond to reviews and update business info. We use a social media management tool that is effectively doing a similar task and it's a fraction of the cost. They do allow you to renegotiate pricing while you grow, but it still seems high. It's great to have the ability to filter to certain types of reviews and bulk-reply to tons at once with templates - it saves a ton of time.
