I don't have many complaints however I am a bit disappointed in the Facebook duplicate listing clean-up. My social media CSM is working on it. I will say that my full-site CSM is great. Cleaning up our sites on Google and making it easier to make up dates and the review answering process is a breeze. Easily monitor and respond to review sites in one location instead of logging in to each individual review site. Additionally, you can automate sending reviews to the appropriate teams, so they respond themselves (if you want that), you can also set up unique review forms for products for example, and add the widget to your website about that product. I also like that Chatmeter provides your competition ratings so you can see where you stand. Seeing all of your reviews across several platforms allows me to see if there is a pattern developing in a particular location. If several people are saying that they had bad customer service on a particular day, I can contact management and bring it to their attention, and they can correct the issue through training. We are also developing relationships in our markets. If we can talk to a customer about their experience, whether it is good or bad, they feel like they matter. The ability to see everything in one dashboard and the platform's user-friendliness is unlike any other. When I log on, I can see my overall rating, review response rate, how many reviews I received in a given time frame, and how well I stack up against my competition. Features like bulk review responding and response templates have been a game-changer and free up time for other tasks. I also enjoy the social side of Chatmeter as well. The biggest problem we're solving with Dog Haus is the ability to communicate performance, reputation and sentiment data with our franchisees and locations in a way that is concrete and actionable. It's changing our culture brandwide. The next most important benefit we're starting to see is the ability to allow our locations to manage their own reputations, rather than the corporate office being in charge of everything. I know that is Yelp's policy, but I wish it weren't an issue. I also have a lot of problems with social media accounts suddenly becoming disconnected, so I am not able to successfully post images, and I am not aware of the issue until after the posting attempt.
