What impressed me most was how well-documented and supported everything was. The guidance provided—whether through documentation or visual aids—ensured that I could move forward quickly and confidently. It’s rare to find a platform that’s this intuitive and provides such a seamless experience, especially for a first-time user. Long list of features and easy to go forward. I think I can use it in my other business and easily integrate it into the business pipeline. I'm expecting that I'm going to use it on a regular basis. One minor inconvenience I noticed is that some links and buttons open in the same tab, which can disrupt workflow. I often have to manually right-click and select "open in a new tab" to avoid losing my place. Improving this functionality would greatly enhance the user experience. This platform has an incredibly user-friendly interface, making it perfect for small businesses with its pocket-friendly pricing. Initially, I had several queries, but their chat support exceeded my expectations. The responses were not only timely but also highly accurate, addressing all my concerns efficiently.
I’ve tried multiple other API providers, but the major roadblock was always customer support. Here, that’s not an issue at all. The Ads Manager feature is another plus, allowing seamless management of all WhatsApp API services in one place.
