What do you like best about AiSensy?

I like AiSensy's WhatsApp payment feature. This feature is very helpful because as soon as the payment is made through WhatsApp, the e-file is automatically transferred to the student. I don't need to go to a separate page. Also, the initial setup of AiSensy was very easy. I set up all the flows at once and had no trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSensy?

There are often bugs in the flow and the support system is slow, which should be fixed. Many times when there are bugs in the flow, e-file transfer does not happen, making students feel as if some fraud has occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using AiSensy for my business growth and I'm getting good results. The staff of AiSensy is very polite and helpful in every difficult situation which makes me feel grateful.
