From historical data to open orders, the intuitive UI offers us a simple-to-use interface with differing user privileges, etc. **What do you dislike about Hatch?** It would be nice if the inventory page could be simplified to only show specific items. Whilst it is nice to have an overview of everything historically, an improvement would be the ability to filter these results, or hide things which we're less interested in. **Recommendations to others considering Hatch:** If you're considering options for managing your hardware supply chain then don't look anywhere else. Hatch (and MBX as a whole) offer an exceptionally good platform with outstanding customer service to go with it. **What problems is Hatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to self-sufficiently manage anything hardware-related. This helps various departments within our business who can directly login and immediately find the information which helps them do their job. ### 2. Q: How would you like your eggs? Once you know what you are looking for, each tab offers quite a bit of insight and helpful information. Compared to other systems I have used, it's rather intuitive. **What do you dislike about Hatch?** When new things are introduced, there is always a bit of lag from how and where info will be displayed as opposed to what it will ultimately look. There are always these minor pains - the key is that we do work through them, and our ideas do feel like they are considered. **Recommendations to others considering Hatch:** Ask questions up front to understand what you are looking for or looking to do within Hatch. This will make the experience a bit easier. **What problems is Hatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order tracking, inventory management, supply updates, ECR tracking, etc. ### 3. We have requested manual reports with extra data, but the information should be included already. **What problems is Hatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work with Corelight orders, so tracking orders, shipments, RMAs closely within Hatch as individual events. It is very successful in that goal. ### 4. Supply analyzer, change mgt, BOMs **What do you dislike about Hatch?** I wish we could tie into our internal reporting systems in the future to increase visibility across company. **What problems is Hatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance with Federal regulations and laws like TAA, NSA NCDSMO raise the bar, and buy American act. ### 6.
