It does everything, including HTML proposals with templates, and clients can sign them off with digital signature. Very nice. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** A feature I'd like is the ability to have project templates that include tasks, so that new projects based on that template will have the tasks pre-populated. It's cumbersome to have to create tasks each time. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an all-in-one solution, so it's great to be able to handle CRM, invoicing, project management, proposal and contract signing, ticketing, etc. all in one place. ### 2. Suitedash, Plutio, Flowlu, Deskera, Quickbooks, HubSpot, Bitrix24, OneHash, ClientJoy, Officio.work, etc. to name a few. They all are good and that's about it. Every tool, in spite of calling it an All-in-one tool, miss out on some really really basic features to include, let alone everything really! So far Agiled & Plutio has been the only two to have maximum features, of which Agiled is cost effective than Plutio specially if you want White-Label capabilities. I'm being honest, this tool isn't perfect, but hoping it will reach the stage, looking at the rate at which updates keep rolling on Agiled. Yet it manages to cover most of the features to run a business. White-label and maintaining your own branding adds value to run this tool! Having tried so many CRM platforms, I'm ready to carry out alpha testing & offer my views to anyone who is creating a new All-in-One Business tool, to make a streamlined roadmap for their product. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduction in time to manage a business More features than other CRMs in the market at cost-effective price point ### 3. It's clean and simple yet, has all the features really available and a click or two of the button. Second, native integrations! Besides Zapier, the Agiled team has put together a great list of native API connections that connects to other 3rd party SAAS software that I use in my core business. Thirdly, their roadmap is ridiculously filled with great features along with bug fixes to get those out too! **What do you dislike about Agiled?** As a freshman in an already filled arena of world class CRM's, Agiled does lack some features that I have gotten used to, yet I did not know I missed them until I switched over to Agiled. Their team is super responsive, and I know y requests for these features will not go unanswered. I will have to wait...but hopefully not too long! **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a CRM for my company that didn't come with all those bells and whistles that we weren't going to use. I use Zoho Books for my accounting. With other project management/business apps, they assume you are only using their product, so replicating invoices in Zoho Books was an added step with every project. Agiled's API connects directly with Zoho Books, saving me time. While there are a ton of features you can use to manage your entire business, it also scales for smaller businesses like mine. I have the option to disable features I don't need...and easily re-enable them down the road if my needs change. I also appreciate the fact that they offer white label. It is easy to brand and make it your own. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** As a designer, I wasn't initially thrilled with the UI/UX design, but after digging in, I found the design is very customizable - even allowing you to have different looks for each type of user: admin, team member, and client. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** If you're looking for an all-around app that integrates both the accounting side and project management side, Agiled is a great option! **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've used a variety of similar tools over the years, but none have been as comprehensive. Having a client portal is essential to me. A place where clients can get an overview of their project - and easily submit a support ticket to resolve issues. I'm super happy to have a client portal that my clients can manage their invoices in. I use Vbout, and found quite a strong Zapier library of actions. I'm also pleased by the existing workflow automations and can see that much of my manual labor and Zapier / invoicing / onboarding / project management issues will be resolved here. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Agiled is relatively new. There are some reviews that discuss bugs, shortcomings in existing features and so forth. However, my research of the reviews and the Agiled product roadmap shows a connection between complaints and roadmap items being pushed forward. Meaning, they seem responsive to resolving issues and working to bring the product up to expectations. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** I tried other all in one tools, and was quickly disappointed by the complexity or the clunky approach taken, or by bugs in the system, or by limitations in the software's ability to match or improve on my prior system capabilities. I'm hopeful that Agiled will be an improvement over the other systems. It also covers some HR features, project management tasks, everything automated saves my time and I am able to assign and define the task to my team members by having a different role so they are able to do my job independently and remotely under one roof! I can't see a reason to every switch at this point. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** I haven't had any negative experiences with Agiled, but they do tend to have a fair amount of offline cycles. Each of the modules are well laid out, and powerful. Agiled boasts a huge feature list, with all that most organizations would need. It coversa whole lot and does a great job at those things - CRM, project management, invoicing, payments, chat, and more. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** What I need is custom fields in tasks. This way we can track the expense for each piece of work at the task level. Also, I'd like to see better integration between the modules. Eg. being able to automatically create a project when a deal is won, or automatically create an invoice when a project is complete, or add tasks to an existing invoice, etc. These features are "currently not possible" is what the support team told me. But, to be fair, even SuiteDash doesn't have all these features. Also, webhook support is much needed.
