The team is always adding new features and improving things to make Agiled even more useful and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** The visual design is a bit boring with few easily accessible customizations unless you can use CSS. It truly is all in one for a user who wants tons of features in a CRM. It has a wonderful proposal designer, estimate generator, contracts creator, and even contact and chats with our clients from the CRM portal itself. This eradicated the switching between different apps. The most amazing thing about agiled is that it enables us to customize the look and feel of the platform as per our choice and also take it further to the next step by adding our own CSS. The icing on the top is the option to make it 100% white-labeled by using a custom domain and custom SMTP. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** The thing that we still do not have the ability to integrate Razorpay payment gateway to the portal, as it is work in progress for now and also we do not have the option to upload 2 versions of the logo like one for dark mode and the other for light mode. Also, there is no option to upload our own favicon or the site icon. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am having a great time using agiled as it solves a lot of problems for me and my employees. I like the customizable Proposal, Contract, invoicing templates and now they have also introduced customizable forms (Beta Stage). The developer goes out of the way to address each and every concern of the users of Agiled App. This is very re-assuring for me as a user. Although I am new to world of Business or Project Management softwares, I find it very easy to navigate through the various categories of Agiled - such as the CRM, HRM, Project management with Task assigning and tracking, the calendar view and customization, the finance and expense tracking. It does not take much effort to kick up and get starting with Agiled software. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Currently, the interface feels a little under - developed and until a few weeks back, I would not have dared invest in Agiled App. But the developer/founder is constantly upgrading all features and listens to the feedbacks and suggestions of improvements provided by the users. So hopefully in good time the software will feel complete when all the pending features, as cited in their Roadmap are fully developed. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a film maker and want to plan out all my upcoming film projects- tracking all the expenses and planning the budget at each and every stage of the film making process. Agiled will enable me to achive that. Also I am developing a design service for marketing and I will need to track and communicate with each and every client and prospective lead. Additionally, they are transparent about their product roadmap and stick to it, enabling us to provide future-oriented client solutions. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Visually, it could use some work "out of the box" to appeal to a wider audience with less tolerance, but it can be white-label customized if you put in the extra time and effort. There aren't enough helpful knowledgebase articles and/or video tutorials to share with less technologically savvy team members. I don't have to worry about work items falling through the cracks, and I am able to run reports to see anything outstanding or overdue. Most of the CRMs that are already available in the market have been built over years with layers and layers of functionalities added to them each quarter making it complicated. Whereas Agiled.app is built most recently keeping all the day-to-day use cases of small and medium-sized businesses. Current Bugs i've noticed as of 20th September 2020 are as follows: 1, Invoice Templates cannot be edited. 2. The platform seems to be CRM centric, and yet I'd expect and appreciate it to be more core-business function orientated first. i.e. A Business Administration Module 3. Colour Theme is not fully working. There is only one version logo upload, and so, once you switch theme, or to dark mode, the logo will most likely be not as visible. Further to this, the text colour on custom theme is inconsistent. 4. No templates to get started in various modules. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** My advice to other entrepreneurs is to take up the Trial and see the benefits that Agiled has to offer. Agiled recently rolled out an incredibly flexible and feature rich proposal editor that can build pretty much any proposal you have in mind. Support is quick to respond and I am yet to face an issue that could not be resolved. I am hopeful that this will improve in the near future as they can not possible scale by relying on responding to questions on the fly.
