**What do you like best about Agiled?**

The project management feature is mindblowing; the user experience is excellent and simple to use. The visual representation of the tasks gives a quick overview every day I log into the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

The proposal templates are limited, more customisable premium options would be good.

**What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My agency has a 100% remote team, and managing them and getting things done was a challenge. We were using google sheets to manage day-today tasks, but as the team grew, things started getting complicated. Agiled helped us save a tonne of time and helped us get things done within our agency more efficiently.

All the features in one platform that make it easy to manage a lot of aspects of an agency.

Translations are not completed, a lot of words remain untranslated.

The clients can make comments on projects and see the progress, and this helps a lot with communication. We just send them there to see how it's going.

The software is a complete package from accounting to HR management. I used to have several different programs to design email templates, communicate with my team and follow the projects but now I can easily do it one place.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

I would like to a two-way synchronization with my Google calendar and easier access to set my availability.

**Recommendations to others considering Agiled:**

If you are annoyed using several different programs in order to run your business, I highly recommend investing in Agiled! You won't be disappointed!

I have all my processes under one roof and I can easily manage my team and clients. I also love the white labeling which has helped to maintain a consistent brand.

easy to use. tons of features. developers are active on the platform and making better and better every day.

there are a few buggy things like not being able to edit a dropdown field's options. But I reported the issue and they seemed very interested in my feedback.

Projects and Task grouped together. 

I feel that task should be also be free of the projects for business that dont actually utilizes project function. Such as I wanted my CS to also have a task board for CS Task

Easy to use and have a promising roadmap with a lot of new features coming soon. The Wordpress and Woocommerce integration are going to be very useful 😉

The white-label option is awesome for our customers and our business model.

Like any other CRM, you have to take time to familiarize yourself with all the features.

I was wondering if the pipeline would be added in the action or trigger of the automation.

We were searching for a new CRM solution and not only is this a great deal but it's everything we needed and then some. From the CRM, to project management, scheduling, onboarding, you name it, Agiled has it. We're very pleased with our purchase.

It does so much and I can already see the power of having all of these features integrated into one platform. If you’re thinking about buying this, consider it in the context of your long term plans and you’ll quickly see the value in it.

There unified business approach for solopreneurs.
You dont have to leave there system for anything.
Clients go from cold > warm prospect > happy customers > support.
Proposal builder and there template for everything is quite helpful.

An option to hide menu items could be helpful.
UI can be improved.

I wanted a system that keeps clients' journeys at the center of business without changing too many apps in between.
I have never seen any saas solution keeping things this simple from get-go.

What I really love about Agiled is the UI, it's really intuitive to navigate and everything simply makes sense. It doesn't really require a long learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

Maybe a little bit more "help and guidance" when you log in for the first time and set up your account - however, as it's really ease and flow once you're in, that would just be the icing on the cake.

I am managing my business needs with Agiled, mainly client portal, chat, tickets, tasks, scheduling (really lovely design and soon integrated with Zoom), files, having everything in one place. Awesome!

Agiled has a full suite of items for any small business. HR or CRM, proposals or invoicing, they have you covered. This includes a wide selection of templates that you can quickly customize to save time.

A bit of a minor issue, but you have too many choices and possibilities with Agiled.lol

I have always needed a place to keep track of all my customers with all the work performed and invoicing progress. Up till now I had to do much of the work myself.

Adding new users is bliss. You can manage all your staff from a single platform.

ONE - The UX design may be too basic, and simple.
If we can change the UX style/color and font, it will be great.

TWO - Potential some use cases from start to end on how it applies to certain businesses.
Many features, and sometimes feel overload.
Maybe can have 2-3 storylines. E.g., Consulting, Fitness, Coaching.

What I enjoy about Agiled is that it has modules for every aspect of my business (solo practice service-based business).  CRM, HR features (like basic payroll), projects/tasks, automations, accounting.

There is a bit of a learning curve to incorporate all of the features, but not to bad.

The problems I'm solving with Agiled is consolidating lead management, tasks, and accounting all in one place.  No more having to put leads in one app, projects/tasks/cases in another app, invoices and expenses in another app, and paying for payroll.

**What do you like best about Agiled?**

I have been searching forever to find a single platform that can handle a heavy workflow for my agency that can keep up with my projects and team. Not to mention a place where I can centralize files and share progress with clients.

The client portal has to be my favorite addition to the already packed platform. Instead of having to communicate on numerous platforms and syncing information, I now store all updates and progress information in one portal that my clients and business partner as enjoy using.

Not only that but I’ve been able to visually customize the experience to my brand and everyone is happy with the latest addition to my partner program.

Agiled is by far the most expansive and dynamic platform that centralizes everything I need from finances, 3rd party integrations, and communication in one incredibly customizable location.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

I’m a tech and have a ton of experience in admin and backend systems. My only “complaint” would be speed. Obviously speed is key for performance and if we can get the platform to operate as fast as we think...It would be a serious game changer.

**What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking, finance tracking, communication, project management, team building and communication, lead nurturing, client database, team discussions, inter connectivity between my website and the dashboard. My entire organization feels more solid and far more effective.

I've been looking for a comprehensive back-end management system with CRM, scheduling, emailing, and forms, and this definitely include all I need (and beyond). It seems they are really working on continuously improving the system with more upgrades, which is exciting for the future use of the system as well. Their customer support has also been responsive to my questions. Great deal!

UX/UI needs some improvement but not inadequate.

I tried Agiled 4-5 months before and I made data entries for trial purposes. But I thought it was not suitable for us yet, and I left it for use when it reached sufficient maturity.
When I examined the newly added and developed features for a few days, I saw that it is now suitable for use and that they showed a severe improvement in a short time.
My confidence in the future has also increased because they have made so much progress in such a short time.

We don't need some integration because of Agiled is all in one platform. We can use CRM, HRM, PM, Accounting, and more.

The best thing about Agiled is the custom domain/white labeling functions. 
It's incredible for clients because your brand values increase almost immediately.

I wish there were more video tutorials for setup purposes.

I love how to CRM works, the entier UI is very easy to understand and user friendly

Well I wish the intereface was slightly modern its a little dated and a bit slow but i think they have imporved the slowness over the last few months.

Massive tool that can do everything to help you manage your buissnes. Sticky Notes, Timers, CRM, HRM, Projects, Payments, Invoices - everything just works and looks good. UX/UI is user friendly. Nice reports with Income Vs Expense Report!!

Nothing,There is a great roadmap, so the future can only get better

Agiled has all the features I have been looking for in one program: invoicing, scheduling, chat, a time tracker, and calendar integration. It even has templates for contracts, proposals, and invoices!

I would like to see more native integrations to autoresponders such as Acumbamail.

I love the fact that I can add multiple enterprise emails, invoice creation and many other tasks that normally would require multiple different subscriptions to software = saving me and my team time and money.

**What do you like best about Agiled?**

It's been many years that I am checking different CRMs. Agiled had always stood out because the value they offer; is much higher than the price they charge. I think it is crazy not to get it. Just compare the prices of the other CRM providers and you will see the value you get. 

What I like in Agile:
- It is simple to use
- It syncs easily with Google with no errors
- It saves you from using 10s of other 3rd party software
- Great onboarding
- White label option (Logo, brand colors and I used my sub own Domain)
- It has all I need


I am so glad to be a part of Agiled CRM users but it would be great if we could have a community like an FB Group so that we can exchange ideas on how to improve our businesses and go more toward Automation using Agiled. 


If you have a small business and you are thinking of a CRM I think it's great and I highly recommend it.

**What do you like best about Agiled?**

I like the fact that it has most of the features that you need to run a company in just one tool so you don't have to keep switching from tool to tool. Just for the CRM it is already worth it.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

It could be more intuitive and have more online learning resources to maximize the tool.

**What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to say bye to some other subscriptions that were quite pricy and not very necessary.

I like the idea of a complete and very well-integrated all-in-one set of tools to manage customers, invoices, tasks, earnings, expenses... Agiled also provides a broad set of integrations and automations which ideally fit my needs. Agiled also enables to translate everything, which is an essential feature for me.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

I'm not a huge fan of the interface, but it's a minor detail.

I'm already using a competitor which I don't fully trust. I'm considering switching to Agiled, and preparing to do it.

Every single tool i have used in my business is in this single software.
Its the perfect all in one for my design business.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

The dark mode does not look too good yet but i hope it will get better.
I like some more features, but i saw the roadmap contained those, so i look forward for those to be implemented.

Its much easier to conect my service desk with my CRM.

A simple but highly effective tool to help a small business manage day to day customers projects and operations. I rate the easy setup and quick integrations with this solution. I was able to complete an integration in seconds and easily understand the instructions without having to review any manual or do search. It is intuitive.

Its a starter solution but the roadmap is also highly impressive for an affordable product.

I appreciate the simplicity of Agiled. I've tried other project management sites but I was up and running quickly with Agiled. It's simple to use but there's a lot under the engine.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

I honestly don't have any dislikes. I started the program and stopped and this time around I'm SUPER impressed.

I am able to get a snap shop of my business finances and resources. I've also realized I was able to tighten my process with clients because its detailed and recorded.

Agiled is genuinely an all-in-one business solution.  Their platform is very robust and handles everything from CRM to Timesheets.  I value a platform that enables me to consolidate my efforts.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

The CRM still lacks some function that I previously used with HubSpot.  When I enter contacts or accounts, I like to add custom attributes to search and sort by.  I did bring this up with their team, and they seemed receptive.  It's massively important to my business to be able to log all of the necessary attributes with my contacts and accounts.

**What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm consolidating some of my other software plans and trying to use an all-in-one.

Some UX tweaks wouldn't hurt, but it's an up and coming product with an active and engaged founder, so I'm excited to see how they evolve

**What do you like best about Agiled?**

Agiled is a professional suite for SME Business that really surprises for its features when compared to its price. Its true that this saas is fairly new but it already understands its customers needs. I use it mainly to manage my small business. I cover pretty much everything that business needs managing to. From clients to internal employees. It is even suitable for small projects.
The name may imply different expectations but i think with time this fast moving saas will cater to it.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

Well  the UI is a bit lackluster but still its just a matter of preference. But when comparing to major players in this industry you feel that this saas is quite boring in terms of Design...but that doesnt change the fact, that the features and functions arent quite usable. 

In the end I feel confident to having trust and invest in this open and proactive saas.

Small business management can be handled. Basic Project management and client communication is also a plus.

The good thing is that the support is very active and helps us out when needed.
They have always new development and is very helpful!

The con is that it takes time to load which hopefully will be fixed!

Everything (or widget I should say) connects without the need for weird workarounds. The fact that they also have custom webhooks AND APIs makes this a gem for my business.

Agiled is very good at this point and has the potential to be great. Their roadmap looks encouraging, and the support is very good.

**What do you dislike about Agiled?**

Agiled is not perfect, but they are working hard to get there. The speed isn't where it needs to be yet, we find it a tad laggy. Most of the things we want to see are on the roadmap, so that's good.

**What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it is the ticket system, CRM, Proposals, and Project management that are the primary benefits to our business. Having all of this in one tool is a real bonus.
