This seamlessly and ituitively handles leads to closing deals, managing client or internal products and even HR functions. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** The only thing is I really need it to integrate with Xero and I guess that's not a thing right now, despite it being advertised. I'm sure they will get if figured out soon. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to track the client lifecycle in one place instead of a CRM and separate project management software. I've tried half a dozen SaaS platforms for managing multiple businesses with different needs/contractors & VAs etc. where I need to be across all of them with no 'leakage' Agiled provides multi-uses that I don't need in all of the business models (like holidays or time management costs), but I can switch off the modules that I don't need. Proper white labeling is also important. I am not reselling but I don't need Business A to see or even know about Business B. The ability to customize the UI is great. Integrations with things like Wise are also great. In one of my businesses I've been manually creating invoices requesting payment to Wise. so to be able to streamline that is great. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Still waiting for the multi-brand white label, but this is close to fruition. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** A great alternative to the many CRM, business process and management tools out there. Flexible enough to use with my retail, consulting, marketing businesses **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple business cases where I am the only common element but want to contain and track everything in one application. Allows me an overview of my different processes as well as using Zapier to automate external elements. For example new leads I can bring in to G Sheets, then into Agiled, then an action can create a task to a VA, when the VA has finished the task it creates an alert and sends it back to me for review/decision making. ### 5. There's even a meeting scheduling app in it, so I can replace my other scheduling software with this too. They've honestly thought of everything and I love this software. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** At this stage I cannot find anything I dislike. As with any new software, it comes with a bit of a learning curve and yet they've made the interface reasonably intuitive to use. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a great place to run client projects from and with my team. And a place to manage my team with the HR component and a client portal to keep clients on board with their work progress. Then the workflows enable me to keep a tab on how projects are running and the CRM means I can have my main prospecting and client pipelines all in one place. After buying the software it only took me a few minutes to add it to my own domain and create my own custom "business style" including dashboard colors, invoices, proposals, etc. Adding an Agiled lead capture form to my website was simple, and now when a visitor leaves his details on my website, they are immediately added as contacts to my CRM. From there I can push them through the whole pipeline to the sale. Every client contact, task or action can be recorded in the dashboard, so you always have a complete overview of your clients and business process. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Since this is my first complete business management software, it can be a little intimidating when you first log in. Until now I've only seen a few UI errors or things to be improved and I would like to see a helpdesk for Agiled customers, where our questions/remarks etc are recorded so we can view the ticket or something like that. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an online freelancer I would always store my clients details, files, notes etc in a separate folder on my PC, so I spent a lot of time searching for the info I needed. I don't know if it happen with other platform like this one, but I had to do a configuration on my Google Admin in order to integrate the CRM. It has so many of the things I needed already connected, such as a CRM and project database, as well as a calendar/schedule, and the start of some financial capabilities. The Agiled team has been very helpful and responsive, both to technical issues and to suggestions to enhance the platform. Managing my time, multiple clients and employees all in one place, with one dashboard helps me with planning and making better decisions. I definitely would recommend it. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** There is a slight learning curve, but nothing that I couldn't handle. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main pain point is managing my customers because I have to make a lot of appointments, and with a lot of them, it gets hard to stay on top of everything. Things have changed for the better every time, and very few new options have been buggy. I also love that most anything I need can be done in one software. Do other softwares do some things better? Maybe, but I only have to use or pay for this one, an email account, a payments software (like Stripe) and account through QB or whatever. My CRM, HRM, Projects software, mail marketing, meeting setup, subscriptions, products sales and support tickets all in the same dashboard, and help is pretty good and very responsive. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** A very recent update (today) fixed to few things we could mention here, so there isn't anything I can think to complain about now. Well, we always wish for more, but this is the best value in this type of software we've found. **Recommendations to others considering Agiled:** If you're starting on a budget or shoestring, this is simply a no-brainer. Whitelabel so your customers take you seriously, and internal tools for each stage of the journey. Some of these tools are a bit simpler than some other software that specializes, but there's a lot less connecting software while your's trying to get your business up! Help is well presented and support is responsive. For small business launch, this is just awesome! However, please consider that this is still in development. The dashboard is excellent, and I have yet to deal with bugginess, but stock templates, for instance, aren't robust. You will need to setup and create projects, communications, and templates that are unique and specific to what you're doing. I just consider this to be a good thing. Not only are new features in development, but support is quick and it forces you to take the time to brand your work and develop your business' unique voice. **What problems is Agiled solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM, Meeting scheduler, simple email marketing (with an actual address) for B2B, subscription sales, product sales, client chat, projects and new client templates for common processes, client portals with goals and needs, Full Whitelable. We haven't used the HRM portion much, and to repeat, email marketing is the simple / good kind; emails from an actual mail account. ### 23. Once that is working and can sync my clients and their current invoices and paid invoices this software will be super slick for us. Right from the beginning working with Agiled is pleasant & effortless. Never had to look at a single line of documentation. Maybe that's why they called it Agiled, you feel like a Ninja moving from one task to the next 2. **What do you dislike about Agiled?** Agiled is still in very active development but mature enough to use on a daily basis. The UI is classic no more no less but with an intuitive UX do I really care? Na not at this point. The server can be pretty slow during peak hours BUT they will roll out to much improve servers in the first week of September. There is also minor fine-tuning here and there but I keep a sticky note (within Agiled (ha ha!) write them down and submit. They are always very responsive. Also not the best Kanban around there is still more to do on that side One thing I must say that annoys me because I do have a lot of different processes is, they limit the number of pipelines you can have and that limit is pretty low. I am an efficiency freak always trying to improve my processes. For example, my invoicing flow was "ok" but now I love. Onboarding is a breeze now. I have off-loaded my CRM from my website hence increased its speed. File management is easy and storage is generous. Agiled doesn't hide the fact to want to be an all-in-one tool which can be risky to be a "jack of all trades but master of none". But I must say they pull it off quite harmoniously. I now easily envision doubling my business without going crazy. Agiled will streamline my processes and run an even tighter ship! ### 50.
