**Describe the project or task Aggranda helped with:**

Aggranda helped us to built 2 automations in Canopy using the UiPath Platform. The first one is helping the accountant department and the other one helps our team of marketing specialists to prioritise their optimisations in the accounts.

**What do you like best about Aggranda?**

I liked that they spend a lot of time on understanding the process and that they adapt on our needs. They are always coming with suggesting on improving our process, not just implementing as it is.

**What do you dislike about Aggranda?**

Nothing to add here. I liked everything in the relationship with them.

**What problems is Aggranda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After we started working with Aggranda, we reducing errors to zero, the invoices are always sent on time. Also, our marketing results have improved significantly with our clients after we started to use Rosy - the robot built by them. The robot helps our team of specialists to identify the first thing they should optimise in the Google Ads accounts. This robot uses a Lean Six Sigma principle - this was an idea that came from Aggranda.

Highly recommend them for any UiPath implementation that you might have!

Aggranda built us a UiPath software robot called Rudolph that helps with processing the orders. The robot works very well for more than one year, with very few times when Aggranda needed to update it.

- great solutions to our requests
- great process improvement
- great communication

- nothing to add here. we are very happy with what Aggranda delivered to us

Rudolph, the robot built by Aggranda, is now doing the mundane work, and the colleague who was doing this work before the robot is now happier because it does more relevant work.

We worked with Aggranda developing a UiPath Software robot that manages the orders from 3 warehouses, operates them in the ERP and prints the documents needed for delivery on the corresponding printer. Corry, the UiPath Software Robot built by Aggranda, works daily without errors for more than 1 year.

**What do you like best about Aggranda?**

They are very fast responsive and focused on problem solving coming with the best solutions.

**What do you dislike about Aggranda?**

There is nothing that it worth mentioning.

**What problems is Aggranda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of manual and repetitive work to do before Aggranda came the implementation of our software robot.
