It's a unique and fast software that has all the features required at a contact center. The best thing is it becomes straightforward to schedule the staff using AgentTime (AT). It helps to increase productivity and also puts our work at ease. Managing the workforce is easy with AgentTime. It has all the industry-leading features to make your work easier.
