I did the demo to ensure I liked the platform and that it had enough data. The demo didn't allow you to pull phone numbers, so I had to sign up for one month. Unfortunately, I quickly learned that their database was limited on phone numbers, making it nearly useless for me. I requested cancellation and refund immediately and was told they couldn't do that. If a customer gets no value out of your product and has no way of verifying the value beforehand, it should be expected that they can back out, especially with a SAAS business.
