**What do you like best about Advanced Technology Consulting?**

ATC is systematic, organized and highly polished in their data gathering process as part of the upfront discovery and requirements gathering.  The time dedicated to this leads to successful alignment with the right vendor solution.  ATC also performs this work without cost to the customer.  ATC is also vendor agnostic and does not align itself from a sales perspective to only a handful of vendors.  They are constantly evaluating new platforms and vendor solutions to ensure they can provide the best advice to their customer.  They are straightforward to work with, and their team is comprised of "A" players.

**What do you dislike about Advanced Technology Consulting?**

There are none that I can think of.  Our experience with ATC has been flawless, and we consistently look for opportunities to engage with them on the latest technologies.

**Recommendations to others considering Advanced Technology Consulting:**

In the Cloud consulting space, very few national players offer expertise in multiple Cloud areas.  ATC has a long, outstanding track record of excellence.  If you're looking for advice and/or consulting without manufacturer/OEM "spin", please give them an opportunity.

**What problems is Advanced Technology Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ATC has core specialties in voice, contact center, cybersecurity, and other emerging Cloud spaces.  ATC has provided pre-sale consulting and post-sale support for UCaaS, CCaaS and cybersecurity for Henny Penny.  In the past three years, ATC acted as our trusted partner in gathering requirements, sourcing and vendor selection for a Cloud-based voice, contact center, collaboration and meetings platform.  Additionally, based on the fantastic experience, we enlisted them to help us source a cyber platform for network detection and response.
