Adobe Photoshop helps me remove unwanted objects, layer images, and add overlays. I also use tools like the Magic Eraser and custom brushes to produce images that can be used as assets in projects. Overall, the performance of Adobe Photoshop is effective and impressive. The UI is also impressive and easy to access. The AI features let me transform images using prompts, and they are quickly accessible and easy to process. Integration with other applications is effective and makes it convenient to use. If some kind of tutorial is available, it would be best and would make it much easier to get started. As part of our business requirements and everyday work, the image layering, cropping, inserting, and repositioning tools are very useful for delivering assets to the product management team. Isolating specific areas of the canvas is also very effective. Adjusting opacity, managing layers, and retouching digital illustrations are easy to find, access, and use. The color correction in Adobe Photoshop is especially impressive in practice. What I probably use the most is the layer-based editing. It lets me try different ideas without worrying about messing up the original image, which has saved me more than once. I mostly use photoshop mostly for thumbnails, website graphics, screenshots and cleaning up photos, so tools like remove background, object selection and newer AI features have cut down a lot of repetitive work. I also like that there is usually more than one way to achieve the same result. It takes a while to get comfortable with the interface, but once keyboard shortcuts and tools became part of routine, editing starts feeling much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Adobe Photoshop? The biggest downside for me is that Photoshop can feel a bit heavy, especially when I am working with large files or several document at once. It also has so many tools and panels that finding the right option isn't always obvious, even after using it quite some time. The AI features are useful, but I don't completely trust them yet. Whether I'm making a thumbnail, editing a screenshot, removing distraction from a photo or preparing graphics for a website, I can usually get everything done in one place instead of jumping between multiple tools. The biggest benefit has honestly been the amount of time it saves. Tasks that used to involve careful manual editing now just takes a few minutes and being able to keep everything on separate layers makes it much easier to go back, tweak something and export different versions when I need them.
