**What do you like best about Admin24 – Service Desk?**

Seris allows you to receive requests from clients from literally any source: email, API, form on the website or instant messengers. visual dashboards and analytics.

**What do you dislike about Admin24 – Service Desk?**

There is no mobile application, but integration with instant messengers almost solves this problem

Communication with clients and handling their requests

**What do you like best about Admin24 – Service Desk?**

In2 application does not helps me stay organized and informed about any changes or updates. The notifications are not helpful I do wish there were more of them especially when it comes to class changes or cancellations. Its user interface is bit confusing for new users.

**What do you dislike about Admin24 – Service Desk?**

The platform seems to be more focused on sports related businesses, which limits its usefulness for industries. while it does provide access to invoices attendance tracking and inventory management some tasks only be done from a desktop than conveniently from a mobile device.

**What problems is Admin24 – Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The non user friendly interface does not  allowed our team to navigate and utilize the software without any hassle. This experience consumes more time. In2 lacks of its users requirements. Pricing module is too high.
