The refund was not processed. The software did not do what it promises, and I had increased advertising costs. **What problems is Adext AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problem was solved. ### 5. You also have access to our innovative algorithms which are designed with your campaign in mind so they can optimize it for efficiency! **What do you dislike about Adext AI?** Although I'm satisfied by Adext but I was facing some minor issues in the interface. These issues have also been resolved by the Adext Team. I expect that I won't face such issue in future. **What problems is Adext AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The amount we are spending on our ads has reduced by 60%. I just have to decide which medium I'm going to use (Google or Facebook), then I choose my campaign, the budget and ready! Only the results are monitored and if there is a change to be made, we do it directly on the Adext platform and everything is automated again! **What do you dislike about Adext AI?** Sometimes is difficult to understand their dashboards, and also is no real time data, there is a little delay in the information showed. **Recommendations to others considering Adext AI:** Review the daily budget to deploy the accounts selected, depending on your campaign settings. Also please be aware of the information in the dashboard, and if is necessary to create some changes, please do it directly in the Adext platform. **What problems is Adext AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increase my KPI´s of my performance campaigns such as Conversion Rate, reduction of CPM and increasing my CTR. (Efficiencies in at least 6 of 9 main KPI´s of my current campaigns) ### 7. They just increase your budget as crazy without any result. **What do you dislike about Adext AI?** My ads budget was 3000 USD. I had like 3 free consultations with adext employees. After that my budget was 6,000 USD per month. The lead increase was like 15%. It was not worth it. **What problems is Adext AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing. It is a horrible service. I asked to cancel my account at the beginning of October. They cancel it but the variable fee that month was the highest. Even if I turned off the campaigns and I was not using the service. ### 8. Unfortunately after one month of use, it only spends around $1000, but almost without zero results. The worst part is their cancellation process, it was super long, and I mistakenly did not cancel it at the end. They do not provide refunds and have horrible customer service. It's my first negative review ever, but I'm really disappointed with the whole user experience the Adext team provided. **What problems is Adext AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately, there weren't any benefits. ### 9.
