**What do you like best about Addepto?**

They weren't just another tech vendor; they got to the heart of what we needed. From day one, they wanted to figure out our main issues, not just throw tech at us for the sake of it. They really dug into our tech setup and how we work, then came up with simple, smart solutions that make our lives easier without adding unnecessary complexity. They've been a solid partner, making sure the tech actually does what we need it to.

**What do you dislike about Addepto?**

There is nothing to nitpick about. They're thorough, and there were no concerns about - for example - the pace of the development process, which often happens when outsourcing software development. Addepto has truly embraced our cause and committed to deliver to our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Addepto:**

Addepto is one of the best vendors I have worked with in my professional experience and I would highly recommend them.

**What problems is Addepto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addepto's has tackled a bunch of critical issues for us. First off, they've made our deployment process way smoother and helped us sync up our development and production environments much better. This means we're not constantly trying to fix discrepancies between the two, which used to eat up a lot of time and resources. Their self-service platform has been a game changer, speeding up the whole journey from an initial concept to a full-scale production. This lets our Data Science team focus on what they're best at, building top-notch AI models that we can start using right away without getting bogged down in deployment headaches.

Also, the setup provided by Addepto enabled our teams to constantly tweak and improve models without risking the work we've already done. So, in short, AI models are always alive and the process to productionalize them has been streamlined to hours instead of days / weeks.
