**What do you like best about Integra?**

This is an integrated development platform that supports programming in several different languages. It provides plugin integration of multiple third party services supporting multiple languages and code review tools. Easy to use for developers and testers writing automation test scripts.

**What do you dislike about Integra?**

A paid subscription is required to use several features. I believe these should be made available as open source.

**What problems is Integra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As far as I know, I am not aware of any such issues.

**What do you like best about Integra?**

It is cost effective, easy to adapt, multiple operating model.

**What do you dislike about Integra?**

Pricing for Integra follows a licensing model which is not flexible for distinct requirements.

**What problems is Integra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps in informed decision making,priortizing and executing projects, eradicating the accounting issues.

**What do you like best about Integra?**

We have never had an interruption in the almost 2 years since we've subscribed to the service.  

**What do you dislike about Integra?**

It is a tad expensive but when you consider the quality of the product, it balances out. 

**What problems is Integra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had another provider at our other location. When we moved to another building, we decided to switch to Integra despite the slight increase in cost. We were adding several more users so it made sense. We have yet to have any issues with our service and that reflects well on our business to our clients.
