They have great pricing and offer a lot of value for many different use cases. The user-friendly UI is a blessing. It is very easy to go through the process of generating creatives and choosing from the many options which ones suit the most. We use it on an almost daily basis now, and it helps us deal with work that would otherwise take a lot longer and would not even provide such good results as the AdCreativeAi tech does. We have also had great results with Customer Support, which helped us in one case where there was a system error which caused our credits to be spent without a download (they returned all the missing credits quickly), and once when we mistakenly pressed a wrong button which caused us to download creatives for credits which we were not intentionally trying to download. We believe there could be more formats for Banner Ads, however AdCreativeAi covers the most used in the Advertising space, so even though we would appreciate more sizes, we believe the current options are satisfactory for most end users in our field. Generating image banners for Advertising has always been a struggle, and advertisers are known to not always share creatives for their campaigns, instead offloading this work to the Ad Network that wants to maintaing a good CR on the given product. AdCreative.ai helps us get this work done a lot quicker than it would be "by hand", resulting in us being able to generate a lot more stylish and higher volume of creatives than we would be able to create in other ways. The main problem solved is the need for a lot of lead time and personnel to create a cohesive and professional looking digital ad campaign.
