I am someone who often thinks about it for far too long before creating ads, and that can take time. I am also a fan of testing a lot. But with many manually created creatives, you quickly reach budget limits. With adcreative, I don't have to think about my creative process, I can just get on with the implementation, and I save a lot of money. "Very cool concept, with some growing pains" 2.5/5 What do you like best about AdCreative.ai? I love the way it can generate full campaigns (even performance max) for Google Ads. I like that you can quickly come up with creative concepts for multiple brands if you're a consultant or agency to quickly impress and inspire them. There are also some cool competitive insights (although not always what you're looking for), and for a strategist and CMO advisor who does NOT design - this tool was a game changer when i first found it. I made all these great AdWords campaigns but basically just had to copy and paste because it wouldn't connect to my account or actually publish changes like WordStream could. Then when i put in service tickets, the response was slow and often unresolved, so i never was able to get my account fully running after months of trying. I got so frustrted that i ended up cancelling, and the manager or someone - to their credit - did finally reach out and apologize and offer me a year to use my credits and give it another shot. Just to clarify: we never charge users during the 7-day free trial unless there’s an early plan upgrade or a manual credit refresh requested by the user. Otherwise, billing only begins after the trial ends, and this is clearly stated during sign-up. We also send reminder emails before the trial expires to help avoid any surprises. It is hard to implement elements you want to use. And dont get me wrong but there is no need for cusotmer service as there is simply nothing they could do to help something like this. AI just simply isn't ready to be used to create the types of things one would hope this would. It cannot spell right, fully understand what you are asking it and is all around shaky.
