**Describe the project or task aculab helped with:**

Our team tested the Aculab cloud. It's less than ideal though the support was good. The sales team is eager to work with you, however the product itself is incomplete. The company isn't responsive to feedback. Ultimately too many players out there that are much more affordable and transparent to be worth the effort.

**What do you like best about aculab?**

The support was very helpful and responded to almost every question I had. The documentation was good too.

**What do you dislike about aculab?**

Product is sub par. The pricing was not transparent or affordable when matching it to the features offered.

**What problems is aculab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a robust API for our team for mass communication.
