This tool has the most useful feature that is expense management which helps to manage the daily expenses. **What do you dislike about Visma Acubiz?** This tool doesn't have any disliking feature other than the cost for purchase the pro version of this application. **Recommendations to others considering Visma Acubiz:** You can try the trial version of this software. **What problems is Visma Acubiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the use of this software, I save my huge time which is spent managing the account in the papers. ### 2. On the controlling part it gives at great overview of all expenses, due to daily updates, and due to the status that is always shown for each expense. **What do you dislike about Visma Acubiz?** When introducing Acubiz to the employees we could have used som materiel to hand out to the employees, on how to first use the app - not all employees are familiar with web-based manuals. However we made our own very easily due to the simplicity of the app. **Recommendations to others considering Visma Acubiz:** Just do it! **What problems is Visma Acubiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a much better overview of all travel expenses, also instantly. Approval of expenses has also become more correct, because the quality of the documentation has improved. Because everything now is digital, we can make much more detailed reports, an our overview of expenses have become much more precise and reliable ### 3. Also I would very much like to be able to spilt the Salary export between Allowances and Cash expenses as thay are handled differently in our Axapta and payment system. Lack of these possibillites are takes a lot of extra time for me and my collagues. **Recommendations to others considering Visma Acubiz:** Make sure you are well prepared and insist that you get at further visit from an Acubiz consultant when all administrative settings are fixed. **What problems is Visma Acubiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cash expenses MasterCard expenses and allowance ### 4. Only 2 groups can search freely in the system, which should be spread out to more people. **Recommendations to others considering Visma Acubiz:** Make sure you have drawn/described the process in your company before having a system to run the process. **What problems is Visma Acubiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are handling mileage and personal reimbursement in Acubiz. we have benefitted with a faster processing og easier handling of mileage an reimbursement. more people are using Acubiz because it's fast and therefore we can provide a better service to our customers. ### 5.
