This is the tool that fulfills my requirement of managing the expenses of my company with the serving of high security and this software is easy to use and also easy to manage. How simple it is for the employees to use, and that travel expenses can be made on the go.

When introducing Acubiz to the employees we could have used som materiel to hand out to the employees, on how to first use the app - not all employees are familiar with web-based manuals.

When export of 'Salary' Your are not able to choose single transactions to to be moved back to Finance authorisation and you are not able to export one user/employee at at time.

Also I would very much like to be able to spilt the Salary export between Allowances and Cash expenses as thay are handled differently in our Axapta and payment system. Lack of these possibillites are takes a lot of extra time for me and my collagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search fuction does not keep filters when entering a transaction and going back.
