What problems is ActivTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

ActivTrak helps us make sure that our work-from-home employees are actually performing productive work in their remote locations. The nature of our work is such that we are not always able to tell if someone is or is not working. With ActivTrak, we are able to monitor their productivity and have confidence that these employees are working on productive tasks during their work hours. The interface isn't super intuitive. I wish there were a view that showed avg hours worked per day over a certain time period (there probably is and I just haven't figured it out, because of the non-intuitive interface). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActivTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to play the role of Big Brother and track my employees' productivity, which is very nice. I hate that I/we have to do this, I'd so much rather people were just responsible. But we've identified a number of salaried workers, people who signed a paper promising to work 40 hours per week, who are putting in less than half the required time.
