We encountered numerous issues that made our engagement with them regrettable: Endless and Unresponsive Legal Process: Dealing with the legal aspect of our consulting agreement was a grueling ordeal. The company's lack of responsiveness and efficiency prolonged the process unnecessarily. We chose them solely for one specific consultant, but their lack of communication left us frustrated and disappointed. Failure to Deliver on Promises: Active Cyber Consulting overpromised their ability to deliver a custom solution, only to fall short drastically. Instead of fulfilling their commitment, they attempted to convince us to pay an additional fee for what they failed to provide. Budget Overrun and Unapproved Expenses: Shockingly, the vendor went over the agreed-upon budget without any prior notice or change order. We were billed extra expenses without proper justification or consent.
