Pain points were: Automating repetitive manual processes, decentralized reporting, needed dashboards, and metrics. **What do you like best about HighPoint Solutions?** The ability to do automation with simple scripting in ACL Analytics. I also like ACL Robotics. **What do you dislike about HighPoint Solutions?** HighBond has a simple UI and lacks advanced or complex workflows. It also can't build custom apps. **Recommendations to others considering HighPoint Solutions:** Define your current pain points, understand HighPoint Solutions, and how they can help you resolve your problems. Work with a trusted advisor of Galvanize/Diligent. Conduct a Proof of Concept using the most critical use cases and then develop a business case to present to management. After buy-in, work with the partner to strategize implementation and deployment. Results App is a fantastic tool that can be used for many business cases, always a valuable piece of the proposed solution with HighBond. As a SaaS software, there is no difficulty to "install" it because there is no installation at all! **What do you dislike about HighPoint Solutions?** Navigating in Projects is not so easy, too many clicks are needed to land on the right page. Reports App is too slow. Users access right is quite confusing (quite hard to understand what a profile can do or not even after a couple of years of practicing. Moreover, user can have a single profile in the tool whereas in the real life they can be in charge of several topics and their access rights must vary depending on the tasks they need to perform. **What problems is HighPoint Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** HighBond solution help my clients to be more efficient in their day to day job. They can do more with less: internal audit, yearly self-assessement campaign, providing reports to the board but also implement continuous control monitoring. ### 3. Plus processes full internal audit programme withing the tool. SO in the end we track internal audit, enterprise risk management and compliance self assessment all within the same software. **What do you like best about HighPoint Solutions?** Ability to link risks to overall company strategy. Plus ability to create real time visualizations and one click reporting. The tool also allows for specific tracking and follow up of action plans. **What do you dislike about HighPoint Solutions?** Currently it is taking time to learn all the functionalities of the system. Building our current risk and compliance frameworks in to the took is taking some time. So far I have been told that it is not possible to upload current risk likelihood and impact scoring in to the system. **Recommendations to others considering HighPoint Solutions:** I would consider a number of options and understand clearly your requirements. After I completed this step I chose HighPoint/AuditBond. **What problems is HighPoint Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** HighPoint is taking away the manual recording and tracking of risk mitigations and action plans. This saves time. Also proves an audit trail for follow up of actions. The tool saves the use of separate Excel files for each project plus follow up of actions through many separate emails etc. ### 4.
