**What do you like best about Activ People HR?**

It’s particularly useful to be able to clearly track and distribute appraisals, policies, and handbook documents all in one place. Having everything in one place works well for our company and helps maintain consistency. The reporting features are also valuable, including monitoring sickness absence and annual leave allowances, which helps to streamline processes and ensure policies are consistently implemented.

The team has been helpful in arranging workshops to improve our understanding of the system and how to use it more effectively. They are receptive to feedback and do take concerns seriously.

During busy periods, responses can sometimes take longer than expected or require follow-up, but issues are always resolved.

It meets many of our needs as an employer for tracking employee leave and absences. The initial setup was straightforward, especially as we’d never used an HR system before and were starting from scratch.

The support team has been excellent. Whenever I’ve had any issues or questions, they’ve always responded promptly and been very helpful.

Sometimes parts of the system are difficult to navigate- especially when I havent used it for a while.

Keeping track of employee absenteeism. We are benefitting as we can now keep track of our employees who maybe on annual leave or sickness.

I really appreciate how easy to use Activ People HR is, which significantly contributes to my productivity by simplifying HR processes like absence tracking, appraisals, training, and handbook management. One of the most remarkable aspects is its flexibility; it seamlessly integrates with our appraisal process and holiday format, aligning perfectly with our specific needs. Having all HR-related tasks centralized in one platform saves a lot of time for both managers and staff, making our workflow much more efficient. The initial setup was very straightforward, as I just needed to provide the required information, making the transition to this comprehensive platform smooth. What I like most about Activ People HR is how user-friendly and intuitive the system is, making day-to-day HR tasks straightforward and efficient. **What do you like best about Activ People HR?**

The software is really easy to use, and with several new features it now makes our lives easier when automating tasks, sending out vital information and keep staff up to date with new policies and procedures. The support is fantastic, with the team taking us through new updates, conducting workshops, and being quick to respond if there is anything we need. Highly recommend the support, and the software itself for any business, but particularly for the care industry, as the setup is perfect for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Activ People HR?**

Not much, there could be more options for automations and better how-to guides, but as the support is so good, this does not impact our understanding of the features or resolution for any issues we may face.

**What problems is Activ People HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one system to manage many administrative tasks, holidays and time schedules, handbook and policies as well as ensuring employees have read what they need to is great. Having one system that does several things allows us to add less software, which keeps staff from having to learn and understand several apps and software, and helps us to centralise our administrative and HR tasks.

**What do you like best about Activ People HR?**

We have been using Activ People HR at our school for a number of years. The system's sophistication has and continues to exceed our original expectations. After the initial setup and implementation the system has allowed us to streamline processes to save time, work more efficiently, and feel safe in the knowledge that we are also saving money. 

A standout feature for Chadwell is theimpact the system has had on our management of staff absence. With the Bradford Factor tool visible to all staff when they log in, they are held accountable for their attendance and can immediately see where they stand from the position / colour on the dial. They understand the links between this tool and our LA Policy and Procedures. This transparency has heightened the awareness and accountability of all staff which in turn has resulted in improved attendance rates within our school, contributing to a more consistent and reliable workforce.

Oversight through human error no longer occurs as we have customised trigger alerts to ensure that time is saved and actions can be taken in a timely manner when required.

The reporting and analysis tools are invaluable and year on year inform our decision making with regards to staff absence insurance. Real-time information allows us to make informed decisions, aligned with our school’s needs, ensuring that we are always covered appropriately.

The whole team are fantastic right from sales through to development. It is clear how passionate they all are about the products they sell and how receptive they are to customer feedback. Although we are a customer I feel 'heard' at all times with the team continually striving to make system improvements to support the needs of customers.

Overall, Activ People HR is an essential tool that not only saves us time and money but also plays a key role in managing and improving our staff absence rates. Highly recommended!

Inconsistency in approach, human error in not realising and reacting to staff breaching the policy triggers, and a huge time drain. Activ People HR eradicates all of these problems.

**What do you like best about Activ People HR?**

I like how easy it is to use and its very user friendly. It is easy to make any relevant changes. Good and easy way to run reports to monitor absences. It is useful to flag repeated absences etc. Holds personal information on employees making it easier to access relevant information.

**What do you dislike about Activ People HR?**

There has been a few times where we have requested a few changes and it hasnt been a possibility which is a shame, but they are always very helpful and put through ideas which could benefit other customers.

It is a massive benefit compared to the old system that we used. It has made it much easier to manage and monitor any absences, changes to shift patterns, absences on declined leave days. It has also helped in running reports which I send to my manager and directors.

Adults Supporting Adults have a different holiday year period start and end date for each of our employees and this was one of the only software packages we found that was able to do this.
Customer services are very quick and good at getting back to us with queries.

Once you are used to the system, it is simple to navigate and use. More importantly, customer service and care is excellent. Always kept in the loop, always receive informative answers with images where necessary to cement understanding.

Inititally sometimes things are not so easy to navigate alone, however whenever I have contacted support for help, they always come back with a clear simple answer for me to follow step by step!

I have been using Activ People HR for 6 months now and I have been extremely impressed with both the product and the support I have received. The product is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who is new to administrating an HR system e.g. like me! Whenever I have a question, or just want to sense-check something, they are always quick to respond and willing to jump on a call to discuss. I would definitely recommend this product and company to others. You will be in safe hands.

Logging on for staff to report their absence requires a higher level of IT skills than some of our teaching assistants possess. Especially if they are infrequent users.

We started using Activ People HR 13 years ago and was instantly beneficial.  Over time we have added all of the Activ modules and now have a fully integrated HR system that suits our business.  
It is intuitive and we have been able to adapt and bespoke the modules as our business needs have changed.  
The support and backup are extremely responsive and queries are usually dealt with within the same day – always service with a smile!

As a business we love how easy it is for staff to book time off and record sickness, It is also very easy to pull out reports for the relevent people to see. The main stand out point for us is that we can track repeat absence and monitor the staff member going forward.

Customer support has awalys been great when needed.
