Very reactive, I have not been using the system long but whenever I need help or support they respond very quickly

It’s particularly useful to be able to clearly track and distribute appraisals, policies, and handbook documents all in one place. Having everything in one place works well for our company and helps maintain consistency. The reporting features are also valuable, including monitoring sickness absence and annual leave allowances, which helps to streamline processes and ensure policies are consistently implemented. The team has been helpful in arranging workshops to improve our understanding of the system and how to use it more effectively. They are receptive to feedback and do take concerns seriously.

It meets many of our needs as an employer for tracking employee leave and absences. The initial setup was straightforward, especially as we’d never used an HR system before and were starting from scratch. The support team has been excellent. Whenever I’ve had any issues or questions, they’ve always responded promptly and been very helpful.
