"Top Tier Endpoint Protection, Security and Backup System on the market."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The portal is very useful and clear to understand, it integrates billing seamlessly in to our CRM.

The pricing is fantastic and is the best price i have seen for a very strong Endpoint protection and backup system in comparison to others.

On-boarding of our customers has been simple and the continuous on-boarding feature is great for rolling out agents in an Active Directory environment.

We have used the Vulnerability and Patch management systems to assist us in achieving Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

On-boarding without a server can be difficult but this is similar to most if not all Endpoint protection software's on the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

What I dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is that some advanced features can be complex to configure and may require a learning curve for new administrators. "Acronis Makes MSP Client Management Fast and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

Acronis gives us one dashboard to manage all our clients. We can see tenant status, billing, 2FA, backup history, and storage at a glance. The UI is clean, adding devices is easy, and creating protection plans is quick and reliable. As an MSP, it saves us time every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The patch catalog isn't always in sync with the vendor's latest releases. For example, Chrome and a few other third-party apps show older patch versions in Acronis than what's actually available from the vendor. Patches should stay up-to-date with the actual third-party application versions in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying Security, Backup, and Management in One Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

For PSS ICT, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud delivers the most value through its integrated platform that combines security, backup, and remote management within a single agent and console. This allows us to manage endpoints, deploy patches, and monitor security in real time without switching between tools, significantly reducing operational complexity.

In practice, this means faster onboarding of new customers and less time spent on maintenance tasks, as updates and monitoring are largely automated. In addition, the built‑in backup and recovery capabilities enable us to quickly restore systems after incidents such as ransomware, which improves both service reliability and customer confidence.

An unexpected benefit we’ve experienced is how easily the platform scales across different environments, while still remaining cost‑efficient. This enables us to deliver a more complete cybersecurity service with higher margins and a more predictable workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

While Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud delivers strong value as an integrated platform, one limitation we experience is that its detection approach is primarily endpoint-driven. This means that advanced cross-domain correlation—combining data from endpoints, network devices, identity systems, and other sources—is more limited compared to some dedicated XDR or SIEM-based solutions.

As a result, visibility into complex attack scenarios, such as multi-stage or lateral movement across systems, can be less detailed without integrating an additional SIEM solution.

We’ve also noticed that customization of detection and deep forensic analysis capabilities are somewhat limited, which can be a constraint in highly complex or enterprise-level environments.

That said, for small to mid-sized environments, these limitations are often outweighed by the simplicity and efficiency of having everything in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Cloud Setup and Straightforward Backup Protection Plans"
4/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The best thing about it is how easy it is to setup especially since the management console is already cloud based. The onboarding of workloads and creating of protection plans is very straightforward. As long as the network has no problem, connecting the workloads and then backing them up is fairly easy. Then of course it now has more features for security so it helps in promoting to other clients so besides having a backup, it ensures that there are healthy restore points and ensures that workloads are protected as well. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The downside is that sometime issues, even when seen in the KB, can't be solved through normal troubleshooting. Sometimes support can't give a straightforward answer to some of the brought-up issues and you'll have to solve it on your own workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cyber Protection and Cost-Effective Backup with Excellent MSP Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

What I like most about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is that it’s easy to set up, customer-friendly integration and intuitive dashboard. It offers multiple backup and security options, including device control, which comes with standard protection and still feels cost-effective. It also integrates easily with M365 and GWS to protect the respective apps and back up Mailbox, Drive, SharePoint, and Teams channels, with solid performance. On top of that, MSP Support is just one email away when challenges come up, and Copilot is always there to answer questions and help me find KB articles and write scripts. What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

The Alerts Dashboard should provide more detailed insights for better monitoring and visibility. Also, in Disaster Recovery scenarios, it would be helpful to show the expected RTO during production failover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Dashboard That Streamlines IT Automation with Competitive Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

I like the all-in-one approach. Even though it isn’t truly an all-or-nothing solution, the real value is being able to consolidate IT tools into a single dashboard. Having everything integrated makes automation easier and improves overall ease of use. Pricing is also very competitive, and the onboarding process is fast and straightforward. The tool has always been easy to access and every process takes almost no time to complete. I like the new AI integrations, especially the one to see patches security levels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

I don’t like that it doesn’t include backup coverage for Azure. A lot of customers are looking to back up their Azure environments, and that’s really the only thing I feel Acronis is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Interface with Seamless Integrations"

Ease of use of the interface and the integrations between solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

When new solutions or feature updates are released, there's a lack of technical training (online or in-person) showing how to actually configure them. There are some webinars, but they're not technical and don't cover hands-on setup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Acronis Sync, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Deliver Strong Protection"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

Acronis offers an integrated solution for data protection, cyber security, and RMM. Overall, I especially like the Sync, Backup, and disaster recovery features. We had some issues in these areas, and Acronis was able to address the problems we were facing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (now Acronis Cyber Platform)?

There are many features, but the focus on stability, engine behavior, and cybersecurity doesn’t feel solid yet. I also ran into a bug when backing up too many files and folders to cloud storage the process takes a very long time. The principal said the bug would be fixed in Q1 2026, but so far it still hasn’t been fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
