AcreTrail Reviews & Product Details

AcreTrail is farm order management software that helps small farms and local food producers sell directly to their customers without the chaos of manual text messages, spreadsheets, and handwritten lists. Built for farms that run weekly deliveries, pickup routes, and herd shares, AcreTrail gives both the farmer and the customer a single, simple place to manage every order. For customers, AcreTrail replaces the back-and-forth of texting an order. They log in to a clean web or mobile app, choose their delivery date and pickup location, select products and quantities, and update or cancel before the cutoff. They receive automatic reminders and confirmations, so nothing gets missed and no order is lost in a thread of text messages. For farmers, AcreTrail is a centralized admin dashboard that brings the whole operation into one view. You can see every order by delivery date and pickup location, manage your product catalog and pricing, track customers, and send broadcast messages to everyone picking up at a given stop. Online payments are built in, so you can collect at checkout instead of chasing invoices, and herd share management is supported for dairy and meat operations that sell shares rather than individual items. AcreTrail is multi-tenant and configurable, so each farm runs its own branded storefront with only the features it needs. Farms can enable online payments, SMS and email notifications, order reminders, made-to-order products, events, and waitlists as they grow, keeping the experience as simple or as full-featured as the operation requires. The platform works across web, iOS, and Android, meeting customers wherever they prefer to order. The goal of AcreTrail is to give independent farms the kind of direct-to-consumer ordering technology usually reserved for large businesses, without the cost or complexity. By replacing manual workflows with self-service ordering, automated notifications, and integrated payments, AcreTrail helps farmers spend less time managing orders and more time running their farm, while giving customers a reliable, modern way to buy local food directly from the source.
