I enjoy the chat feature because I can immediately talk with a representative when I have questions about the system. It's become easier to navigate as I learn the features. I like the ability to select a package from the Start Profile. The Full Subject icon allows me to view an application before it's sent for processing. The easy download feature is great once the report is complete. The search engine is helpful for quickly locating candidates. I like being able to access reports quickly and the ability to get in and out of the system quickly. The initial setup was easy after receiving my Username and creating a passcode, especially with the training from AccuSourceHR, Inc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.? I would like to be able to resend an application back to a candidate so that they can edit if anything is missing on the application. None - we have been told that they do a more in-depth background check for counties and it depends on how quickly the counties contact them back to get the completed background check.
