I use AccuLynx for tracking all job paperwork, including ordering materials and scheduling subcontractors. I appreciate how our team management has increased, making operations much easier. I like how easy it is to learn and implement, and the fact that tracking payments and invoicing is set up very nicely. The initial setup of AccuLynx was very easy. This is the first full-time Sales position I've held at a company where I'm managing a full pipeline of customers; primarily residential. What I really enjoy most about utilizing the Acculynx platform is that it is intuitive to what my job entails. The capability to house photos, emails, invoices, crew instructions and conversations all in one platform makes my job MUCH easier. We have a saying at our company, "if it's not in Acculynx it didn't happen!" This is our way to make sure we are all on the same page with any one element of a job, and allows us to protect ourselves and our customers from miscommunication which can lead to a series of issues. I have on occasion sent emails to clients or industry/networking colleagues with only the subject line of my email actually going through. This has not happened frequently enough that I believe it is a true Acculynx issue. That is also just more technical in nature and something that hasn't happened in a while. I don't believe there is anything I truly dislike about the software. There will always be new elements of the software being removed or something new introduced so there are always things you have to simply shift with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Simply being able to capture so much of the interaction with any one client all in one location is huge for our company and for myself as an individual rep and leader/manager within our organization. If I could make a suggestion for something that would help us improve our customer experience and communicate better with industry associates it would be to have the editing feature on the photos a little more robust. We hold very high levels of communication with our customers and industry associates we work with be it suppliers, insurance agents and adjusters, real estate agents, etc. The photo editing feature being a little more robust as far as the true editing options would allow us to better explain things to the individuals just listed so we are able to better communicate any issues.
