"Discounts and Customer Service are Unbeatable!"

What do you like best about Access Perks?

I like the customer service the best. I know, the discounts are some of the best deals I've seen, but the customer service is really where it is at. I landed myself in hot water a couple of times and the access perks customer service has always been there to pull me right out all with a smile on their face. What do you dislike about Access Perks?

The least helpful part of access perks is my area's lack of rotation for discounts. I appreciate that there are staples in terms of restaurants, but I would like to see a broader variety of stores/restaurants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
