Made a large purchase at a big electronics company (not sure I am allowed to drop names here) and saved a lot with Access Perks. All it took was one mouse click, and the savings were applied at checkout. I am also purchasing movie theater tickets for a phenomenal discount on a regular basis. It is so easy to use and saves so much $. I will definitely continue to use Access Perks and will look at the travel deals they have as well. **What do you dislike about Access Perks?** I had no bad experience so far with Access Perks. **What problems is Access Perks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Had no problems to be solved, but an excellent site for discounts. ### 2. I know, the discounts are some of the best deals I've seen, but the customer service is really where it is at. I landed myself in hot water a couple of times and the access perks customer service has always been there to pull me right out all with a smile on their face. **What do you dislike about Access Perks?** The least helpful part of access perks is my area's lack of rotation for discounts. I appreciate that there are staples in terms of restaurants, but I would like to see a broader variety of stores/restaurants. **What problems is Access Perks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes I don't visit places because of how expensive it is but with Access Perks I have the opportunity to visit and enjoy my time at these specific places, creating memories for the rest of my life. ### 3. I like that we have to pay ahead of time so that we do not have to worry about it in the future but at the same time, that can be a downfall. I like the discounts on Sam's Club and Active and Fit direct. Plus, my cell phone bill is now down to $20 a month because of this program. I am genuinely grateful for it. I use it quite frequently and check the deals daily. When I arrive to my desinated place there are no unexpected fees that were not mentioned. Access Perks to me seem as if it is truly only good for big destinations trips to Disney **What do you dislike about Access Perks?** I wish that there was actually a discount, a way to book without having to put down an inital payment, and more varitety. With these in mind Booking.com is still my go to for booking hotels. There is one reservation that I made and need to cancel. I can cancel it, but I can't get my money back. And if I go to a different city, I can change my location/zip code and find deals in virtually any city. I also love their travel deals. I've saved upwards of $1,000 just using this app regularly. **What do you dislike about Access Perks?** They recently fixed the issue on the hotel booking site so that you can see a map of the available hotels and the room price. Before it was hard to compare, but now it's very easy to narrow down from the hundreds of options. **What problems is Access Perks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't want to pay full price for anything, if I don't have to. This app has legit saved me money when I would otherwise pay more without it. ### 37.
