As an Acadle Pro subscriber, I am super happy about the interface and the functionality. I can actually customise the whole experience for my students as it will allow me to show my students the progress they have made and also keep them motivated by adding in the gamification/ badges that the platform allows me to create. This simplicity of the platform really won me over, it's as simple as writing a blog on my website. It's a must-have for someone who is a coach or a trainer and has pre-recorded lesson plans to showcase. It is very simple to deploy. To set up an academy, it took me just a few minutes following instructions 2. Acadle is a full-featured LMS. It has gamifications, leaderboards, incentives for learners 3. I can embedded various third-parties plugins in Acadle easily (not only videos, virtually anything embeddable). This makes it very flexible to create interactive good lessons in Acadle 4. It has plenty of integrations with various tools 5. Acadle allows multiple ACADEMIES, to be controlled centrally by one single "hub" - it is super convenient 6. The UI is very clean. I love both the Dashboard, and the Course Builder for their simplicity, yet showing all information and tools that I need, when i need 7. It has a quiz function that can be set for both positive and nagative scoring (big plus for me) **What do you dislike about Acadle?** Some areas that I would expect Acadle to seriously consider: 1. There should be more features in the app. Especially integrations of payment (such as Stripe, Paypal). Only Plugnpaid integration is too limited (not everyone has Plugnpaid) 2. The quiz should be more complex. Currently quizzes only has multiple choice / multiple answers. There should be a lot more types of questions, such as fill in the blank etc. And there can be explanations part for correct / incorrect choices 3. There should be mobile apps 4. I have to use external hosting as the storage of Acadle is rather limited. 5. There should be more options for making a "beautiful" interface for the courses. For example, a beaufiful landing page. Or course grids can be more attractive. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not easy to set up a full-featured LMS. I still have not found any, despite I tried a lot. Anyway, Acadle can be one of my top choices for LMS. The academies feature allowing access and control of multiple "schools" in 1 place is hard to find and most unique selling point for Acadle. The simplicity in deployment of courses and topics in Acadle is also highly appreciated. I can create courses and insert variety of content, from words, text, headings, codes, HTML, videos, tables, images easily in the page, making the course very interactive and appealing with the tools I have. And the speed for access is admirable, for both administrator and students. ### 18. If you have any questions at all they are answered almost imdiantly. That's crazy. I live in the UK and I believe the developers are in India which are 6 hrs ahead for me. On top of all this the team is so dedicated of improving Acadle they are literally taking suggestions from current members and on the Facebook group if there is a feature you think it is missing then there is an open forum for it to be added and voted on. **What do you dislike about Acadle?** I find the basic tier a little restricting. A small amount of users A small amount or storage. It's understandable though. If you sell out all your users then I'm sure you will have no issues in buying more or upgrading. With the storage I use the 10gb for images and audio files. I use an external solution to embed videos. **Recommendations to others considering Acadle:** If it fits your budget get in early. Play about with it. Get to know it. If there is anything you are unsure of, or anything you like to add feature wise then go ahead and request it. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is my first LMS project. - I think it has come at the right time to make something big. With how the world has changed there is a bigger need now more than ever to have an online, on demand learning. More and more people are used to it. I am using my licence to use as a sales aid to new clients to use my services. I'm using it as one big promotion however they think they are learning something (which they will be) It allows me to sell to people my services without lifting a finger. I have tried it a couple of times and it works. Works better than expected. I can't wait to take it on the road for my next networking event. ### 26. Very straight forward to use. Was able to logically get it up and running without referencing any support materials which is always nice. **What do you dislike about Acadle?** The lack of truly Whitelabel branding at lower-tier license levels. I need course software for very very few members (less than 10 total), and it would be overkill to purchase a higher tier. But I still want to give a bespoke experience for my clients. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the course and tutorial creation process much simpler than the previous alternatives I was using like WP courseware and Learndash. With this I can just log in and start creating. No need for plugin installation, theme creation or editing, template management etc. ### 27. I think that's a shame because we then have to delete our customers to make room for new users (because of the user limit). If customers then choose a new course later, a new account must be created. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Acadle as additional customer support, for an explanation of our products. We use Acadle as additional customer support to explain our products. Even though I thought I would just get a boiler-plate LMS to work with, Acadle is beyond that. It rocks! The support team (co-founder) told me it could be recovered, but wasn't worth their time. It provides with complete customization of classes, offers access to multiple sub-sites (ie academies) to target different verticals, has a very effective UX and the founder is super active developing the product. You can embed basically everything in it and create instantly a very appealing course. I tried several other platforms for content creation and Acadle is seriously one of the simplest ones to manage and create any kind of courses. **What do you dislike about Acadle?** There are a few things that are missing to make the proposal of Acadle really perfect for my personal needs: 1) Higher number of users with the plans 2) Coupon personalization (right now you can issue coupons for users but cannot apply a random percentage) 3) Mobile app Number 2 and 3 are already in pipeline so I am happy with the purchase so far. It also doesn't yet provide the possibility to upload videos directly (you need a 3rd party) which is not a problem to me - still, this should also be added soon. Overall, I believe all the minus will be fixed soon. I've tried several different course creation programs and this one is simple out of the box. The UI is easy to figure out. The team sends out updates regularly and the updates make sense and enhance the quality of the program for the end user. **What do you dislike about Acadle?** They are still working on making upgrades to the program, so be patient. New items seem to be added regularly. It would be nice to be able to whitelabel at the marketing level and have more users at that price level. It seems the product is more for company training than general public classes. Overall, I'm very satisfied so far with the product. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using the program to create several intro courses, eventually moving to much more in-depth courses with quizzes, videos, and downloads for the students. ### 38. As a developer myself it always frustrates me when teams take months to add a simple feature. Not so here. Acadle is adding features at a good pace. **What do you dislike about Acadle?** Not much at the moment. I'm looking forward to the community feature but that is due any day now (it is slightly overdue, but that goes back to what I was saying about not rushing releases - it's clearly not quite ready, so it's slipped a bit, but will be better for it). It also needs better ways to ask questions from users (currently only multiple choice), but this is coming very soon too. **Recommendations to others considering Acadle:** Take it for a trial run and see what you think. Simple as that. I can't say it will suit you as I don't know your needs, but it suits us! That's what a free trial is for. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running online training courses both in-house and, soon, for external users. Didn't want to use a WordPress solution which was the most likely alternative having had various problems in the past with WordPress systems. One of the main benefits is not having to administer a WordPress site and keep it up-to-date. Acadle will do that for us, leaving us to focus on what we should be doing - creating courses, working with course authors, and helping people learn. ### 39. The first video I created impressed my senior manager but I did not have a home for it. Enter ACADLE. The platform is straightforward and simple to use. Being able to customize the courses was a great option that I am looking forward to utilizing. I love the fact that there is now a home for my training videos and I can create quizzes to go along with them. That's the truth. I have not had an issue so I can't say there is anything that I dislike. Whatever is missing in the software is made up for by the multiple integrations. The Acadle team is still busy deploying new features so at the moment it's missing an Affiliate Program and does not provide a HomePage or Landing Page per se, but that's easily addressed with a single wordpress page with Login / Join Buttons. From the the Acadle login page and beyond, everything is self contained. **What problems is Acadle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm far more productive with Acadle than any other LMS I've used. I've invested heavily in 2 other Platforms in the last 3 years but I always wrestled with them. On one, the logic of how memberships and bundles work just never made sense, so I avoided using it; on the other, the system produces a beautiful-looking site, but the menuing and system settings are so cumbersome and complex that I dred using and therefore don't. I've literally just walked away from thousands of invested $$$ in platforms that confused. Enter Acadle everything is laid out so beautifully, and you can pretty much integrate with any tool that provides 3rd party code. So now, after 2 weeks of launching the first course, everything is going smoothly!
