**What do you like best about aACE?**

It has proven useful for aACE in the running of our expanding company. It provides me with entire solutions for accounting, customer relations, and inventory.  This has helped to reduce the use of many software programs, and thus become efficient in our operations.

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

The built-in reports are not as detailed and flexible as I need them to be for the analysis.  Preparing reports means that one has to export some data and then work with them in other worksheets, which is tiring.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aACE can be used as a central platform on which all of our significant business processes are administered. Both the user interface and the flexibility offered provide broader reach into aACE, removing barriers to collaborating employees’ engagement.

**What do you like best about aACE?**

I find aACE useful in providing solutions for the management of a growing business. This unifies our accounting and consumer relation management into a single platform thus making data entry easier and enhancing overall observability of the enterprise.

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

I was disappointed by the availability of the reporting options, though they are fairly basic.  Getting detailed reports with a wide range of filters and drill down options may be rather difficult.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aACE does away with the use of several programs for accounting and CRM leading to minimizing the cases of data silage. They can use it to own their data and run simple reports so it empowers my team.

**What do you like best about aACE?**

aACE has been extremely beneficial to our company. The capabilities of the software seem endless and the ability to customize the functionality has been huge for us. The software is about as user-friendly as it gets, and any time we have a question or concern, the team at aACE has been right there to help. Now after using aACE for over six months, it's hard to imagine using anything else.

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

Honestly, there are no complaints about aACE. Any questions or issues are resolved promptly.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aACE has improved the business processes on every level. Whether it be invoicing, ordering, job costing, accounting, etc.., aACE has delivered!

aACE is super flexible to use. Tracking, management, shipping process management, Production Scheduling and many more.

So far so good ezxperience with aACE. No compaints!

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my a lot of problems and most importantly, tracking of products, shipping process management, accurate and timely delivery of products. These are main problems I faced but now no more problems with aACE.

Great interface. Simple to use. Runs well in a primarily Mac environment. aAce people are the best!

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

Limited reporting in our version, and are sometimes they generate very slowly. Would be great if you could have them run in the background.

**Recommendations to others considering aACE:**

Anytime you switch platforms it is stressful. The team at aAce does everything in their power to make the transition as painless as possible. Our experience has been that once we go live, our stress goes down and our efficiency goes up.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a unique blend of retail, distribution and production. aAce checks the box in each category.

**What do you like best about aACE?**

aAce handles backorders better than any system we have found. It's easy to use and learn.

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

There isn't much we don't like about aAce but if I have to say anything negative I wish it would email invoices once they are created,

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing backorders have always been an issue but aAce makes it super easy. Most of our vendors software can't handle backorders efficiently but we able to do it easily.

This is one of the best ERP accounting systems I've used.  The notification section has been especially valuable within our business

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

I would like to be able to print copies of what I sort on the screen but ist good to know if I need a custom report built i can get it done.

It has allowed us to drill into our company and see information on a much deeper scale than we have before.

**What do you like best about aACE?**

- aACE lets you work in multiple windows at the same time
- throughout all different department the system looks and works same making it easy to learn the complete system
- the system does and automates as much or as little as the users select
- document attachment is extremely simplified and very helpful
- being smaller company they listen very well to specific needs and even without CUSTOM version often provide feature as long as it may benefit "all" customers

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

There is very little to not like about this product as it works well. Any bugs are corrected immediately. Only concern may be their smaller "manpower" for some large companies operating 24/7.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefits for us were the easy access and streamline between all the departments. The document attachment is also extremely valuable for us to track some information about products in past. We are also able to manage inventory much better then previously.

**What do you like best about aACE?**

aAce is easy to use, works across any platform, is extremely customizable, and is a complete/powerful ERP. The support behind the system is unparalleled. It is, by a wide margin, the best system I have personally used, when compared to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central), or NetSuite.

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

Nothing. It is a near-flawless system as-is, and any issue that does arise, it can be ameliorated quickly. Michael B. (the creator/developer of the software) will make certain your deployment is what you need. For example, my pharmaceutical operation requires a deep level of precision that was not available out of the box. Michael edited the back-end code to provide the level of precision I needed within five minutes of alerting him of the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering aACE:**

You should really consider aACE before dumping five times the amount into "leading" softwares by Oracle, Microsoft, Sage, etc. At the end of the day, almost all accounting packages will get you to where you need to go. But if you want to do it cheaply and without the nightmare-level of conversion effort and correction, aAce is the journey you want to take.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a complete software for the management of a pharmaceutical repackaging plant; aACE handles everything from the basic accounting to complex production requirements. In aACE, you can do anything from CRM & Sales, Order Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, GL Accounting, etc.

**What do you like best about aACE?**

aACE’s flexible and critical approach to our business’ needs have earned them high praise throughout our team. Throughout the implementation process we found ourselves thinking along with the aACE team to utilize this software to mirror and improve our operations during a critical time in our industry. This collaboration has yielded a platform that will not only support our current operations but will help our business grow for years to come.

The ability to customize everything, if needed (it works fine without customization too), from the desktop to the individual apps to meet our particular use case and needs was refreshing compared to the rigidity we have found in previous ERPs. Additionally, the team’s dedication to us as customers was refreshing, with aACE experts not only solving our issues, but providing insights into how and why they do what they do. The software's design is agile and has great interoperability with other data sources, and the interface is clean, and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about aACE?**

Any system will have its nits, and with aACE we would push for future iterations to allow individual users additional customization options, what is there works well, but that would be a nice to have. The learning curve of any ERP is steep, and aACE is user-friendly and easy to learn, but moving to any full featured ERP product can be an undertaking.

**Recommendations to others considering aACE:**

We have used and tested a number of common large vendor packages over the years. We approached the decision of a new ERP after realizing that our current large software package was not as modern or tailorable as we desired - and in effect was holding us back. After extensive testing and deep dives into the state of the ERP market, we made the decision to choose aACE. A big decision that has proved itself out. aACE has the standards-based rigor needed by a serious organization, yet agile to handle unique and cutting edge situations, plus the bonus that it utilizes modern technology.

**What problems is aACE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With any software package, if something is missing, you assume it is either not available, incapable, or requires some type of odd 3rd party integration because that is how other systems work. aACE is the opposite of that thinking, your use case is likely already covered, but when it is not, you are able to get to a better solution, without caveats. We have not run into anything that aACE cannot handle and frankly, handle much better than alternatives.
