Lower in the number of invites, lower in the number of responses (while the settings are the same). Statistics - we invested over 6 months trying to integrate their API and built a report with meaningful stats on the campaigns' performance, but the API won't work properly and support won't help. Built-in stats are meaningless for this purpose (and confusing) Customer service - the 'dedicated account manager' we fell for at a demo is a myth. It's just a waste of time and effort. First they didn't have any cancellation possibilities without writing support. Then they added an option to the dashboard but it's so hidden that you can't find it. In our case we didn't want to renew. Our team didn't find the cancellation button but because we got an email from them that the subscription can not be renewed we thought it will be cancelled. However, then they charged us with another card and they don't offer us a refund, not even a partial one. These 'gurus' are just playing the middleman so they can log into a system like Zopto and charge a TON for the privilege of being between you and your data. I love that I can edit my messages, see my results, and respond to my inbox without the markup of a middleman who muddles the process. **What do you dislike about Zopto?** Sales is a numbers game, so be prepared for lots of rejection! I like how Zopto can reach out through both LinkedIn and email to send connect requests and inmails. Zopto can send direct messages to open profiles. Connect requests can be sent through both LinkedIn and by email (Zopto even finds the emails). Responses to non-interested prospects can be customized. Vague responses to messages can be manually or automatically answered. **What do you dislike about Zopto?** It can be hard to learn the finer points of all that Zopto can do -- and to remember them each time when building new campaigns. It's powerful with great support. It's very easy to upload contacts and set up sequences. I also like the fact you can create templates and they change in your sequences when you change the template. The support has been fantastic with quick responses and helpful onboarding. I also love the A/B testing features. **What do you dislike about Zopto?** Reporting has room for improvement. To analyse the data properly, I have to download the CSV and I created some formulas that let me produce helpful reports. I was able to save hours reaching out to people, without needing to set up any reminders or spending time customising and sending messages manually. The support they offer is great too and they usually respond to questions within minutes. Our objective is on prospect generation for big-ticket new accounts. Product is highly conceptual - dynamic dashboards and AI applications. Our objective is to drive the highest number of accepts per se. We put a lot of effort into building the lists to try and optimize the percentage of contacts whose profile matches our best customers. Our messaging is designed to determine which contacts have the pain we can solve and know it. Trying to convince someone that they have an issue that we can resolve is a long-term nurture issue and won't drive near-term business. Zopto makes it easy to filter contacts base on how we set the messaging. Based on their responses contacts are imported into SalesGorce and then into SalesLoft. We frequently make posts to LI and use SalesLoft to back up the LI/Zopto messages with email and, ultimately phone calls.
