The process of taking down fraudulent websites has been outsourced, where it was handled by our Legal department in the past with high effort and varying degrees of success. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** The success of taking down a fraudulent site or account is unreliable. This is often out of ZeroFox's hands and a limitation of the downstream provider, but the takedown success rate seems to be much lower than was let on during the sales process, which was disappointing. We have found several fraudulent sites on our own and reported them manually to ZeroFox for takedown. I would have hoped that ZeroFox would have detected these, and have done more to engage us when we manually report things so that they can proactively improve their detection rules.
