## Userbrain Reviews
 ### 1. My Go-To Platform for Usability Testing and Research Synthesis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel T. | Principal Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I love Userbrain’s AI-powered analysis tools. They make it incredibly easy to identify patterns, synthesize feedback, and quickly understand what users are saying. The transcript feature is especially valuable because it allows me to easily export user feedback into my preferred AI tools, helping me create detailed, stakeholder-ready reports in a fraction of the time.

I also appreciate how intuitive the platform is. It offers all the capabilities I expect from a user research and testing platform, but without the complexity or steep learning curve that often comes with more feature-heavy tools.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

The only issue I’ve encountered has been occasional trouble logging into my account. That said, their support team was responsive and quickly helped me regain access when I reached out.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Userbrain, gathering user feedback was the easy part. The challenge was recruiting participants, reviewing hours of recordings, identifying patterns, and turning raw observations into actionable insights that stakeholders could understand and act on.

Userbrain has streamlined the entire research process. It makes it easy to recruit participants quickly, launch studies, and start collecting feedback without the overhead typically associated with user testing. Compared to other platforms I've used, including Maze, being able to see participants' actual screens and interactions provides much richer context and makes it easier to understand not just what users did, but why they did it.

The AI-powered summaries and transcripts significantly reduce the time required to analyze findings. I can quickly identify themes, validate assumptions, and export transcripts into my preferred AI tools to generate stakeholder-ready reports and recommendations.

I also appreciate Userbrain's thoughtful pricing structure. The plans are affordable and scale well for teams that want robust research capabilities without committing to an enterprise-level budget.

Overall, Userbrain helps me conduct research faster, analyze insights more efficiently, and communicate findings more effectively, allowing me to spend more time improving the user experience and less time managing the research process.

 ### 2. Easy Setup, Fast Panel Responses, and Affordable User Testing with Userbrain

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I've used Userbrain for years now, and have introduced its use in several companies where I've worked. It's very easy to set up, with good support for screener questions and fast responses from their panel. It's more affordable than other options but still has (nearly!) all the features I need to run quick tests and gain insights. I love the fact that Userbrain will refund you if there are any issues with a particular test.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

The AI features can be useful but will often misinterpret whats happening in a test, so can't be completely relied on. I'd love a reels feature BUT the lack of it is by no means a deal breaker for me. I'd also love a way to just add a simple summary note for each tester, that I can see on the dashboard. I sometimes get the feeling that I'm seeing more instances of users not treating the tasks with as much realism as I've come to expect - e.g. some are going through a "review" process or just saying what they think I want to hear, rather than approaching the test as realistically as possible.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me discover pain points and opportunities in our existing product, and comparing our experience with our competitors', plus testing designs and prototypes.

 ### 3. Clean, easy-to-use with quick post-launch results

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fadhli S. | Platoon Sergeant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Clean and easy to use. It’s fairly simple to synthesise the findings after each test. Most importantly, I appreciate the quick response once the test is launched.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

It’s hard to search for templates, and there aren’t many features like card sorting or tree testing. Also, setting up my own participant pool to join anonymously feels tedious, since they have to download a plugin just to get started.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially struggled to build our own pool of users, and the turnaround time from launching a test to receiving a report was at least three weeks. Now, it’s down to minutes. That helps designers validate concepts faster.

 ### 4. Critical Bug Spoiled Test Results - Support Response Disappointed

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain's interface is pretty intuitive and their testing panel (people who use your software) are generally well-engaged and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I discovered a bug that allowed people who failed our screener to change their answers and join later tests - spoiling the results, wasting thousands of dollars, and many hours of our time.

After a prolonged conversation, Userbrain acknowledged the issue, but refused to make good. A disappointing experience that ruined our prior complete satisfaction.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We first used Userbrain to look for bugs, then UI problems. Eventually, we built an innovative method to combine with Claude and massively increased enthusiasm for our product.

 ### 5. Makes User Testing Recruitment Easy for Startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff L. | Senior Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

This tool helps a lot with user testing, especially when it comes to recruiting participants, which is typically a headache for startups and scale-ups that don’t have a dedicated researcher.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

The note-taking feature and export options could be improved, especially since we keep our research notes separately in another tool for safekeeping.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on user testing to validate our designs and ideas, and Userbrain helps us do that quickly and effectively. That speed means we can iterate on new design versions faster than ever before.

 ### 6. Effortless Participant Recruitment, Needs Improved Test Organisation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L.

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I like that Userbrain is simple, straightforward, and easy to use. I can find what I need and I don't remember ever struggling to understand the features. It also removes the pain of recruiting participants, with a very quick turnaround on test results.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I think the tests organisation, folder structure, and historical activity tracking could be improved. And I feel like the delta between what we pay for each test and the fee paid to the testers doesn't seem fair.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain simplifies unmoderated prototype testing, removing the pain of recruiting participants. It's easy to use, and I can quickly find what I need without struggling with the features.

 ### 7. AI-supported usability tests that impress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benedikt G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I use Userbrain for unmoderated usability tests and find it particularly valuable because it helps me quickly gather real user feedback. I especially like the AI-supported drafts and the evaluation with video clips and summaries of the feedback. The AI summaries save me a lot of time in the evaluation, and the automatically created video clips are very useful for communication with my clients. The AI-supported drafts significantly accelerate my entire audit process. Overall, I am very satisfied with Userbrain, also because the initial setup was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I would wish to be able to organize tests project-related in separate workspaces. Currently, it quickly becomes confusing when tests for different clients are in the same account.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain allows me to quickly gather real user feedback. The AI-powered summaries save time in evaluation, and the video clips are valuable for customer communication. The tool accelerates my audit process and helps make data-driven design decisions.

 ### 8. Revolutionized User Insights with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I really appreciate how Userbrain makes it very quick and easy to set up studies and get users. The output and AI summarization are well-structured and documented, enabling rapid and effective actionable insights. Setting up a study is easy and can cater to complex needs if required. They also cater to various types of studies. It's kept simple so I can focus on the actual questions and tasks. The AI summaries reduce the time it would take to manually analyze a study and when we set a survey live, we get a fast turnaround. When reaching out to the team, they were supportive and interested in helping with our strategy, even getting 'notes from the founders,' which shows they are focused on their customers. Honestly, just sending invites to people enabled almost everyone to understand the platform immediately, allowing us to spend more focus on crafting the actual studies rather than learning a platform.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I provided some feedback that I would love to be able to see more granular categorized AI summaries (confusion, usability issue, positive feedback) for each question/task. They loved the feedback and said they will be looking into it.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Userbrain for quickly getting insights and testing features of our ecommerce stores. It's very easy to set up studies, quickly gathers users, and the AI provides well-structured summaries that lead to actionable insights.

 ### 9. Straightforward, Smooth Setup for User Tests

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Lead Digital & Multimedia Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

The setup process for user tests is straightforward and a smooth, quickprocess.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I've found that on the user side, the need to re-open the Chrome extension is a little annoying and should be made clearer to the user that this is required.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made it simple for me to get feedback from potential users and review this quickly.

 ### 10. Fast, High-Quality Testing with Great Value for Money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain is easy to use and extremely fast when it comes to getting results. The quality of the testers is generally very high, and it’s been especially helpful to reach specific audience types in certain regions. It represents good value for money.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

Occasionally the testers on the platform aren't ideal, but Userbrain has been very helpful to provide replacement credits in those circumstances.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain lets us collect real user feedback quickly and with minimal effort. The new AI tools also significantly speed up the processing of results and the generation of insights.

 ### 11. Invaluable Feedback from Real-Life Testers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

So easy to get feedback from real people. I loved the AI tool that created the task for me, it was so quick and easy. The feedback from testers was invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

Quite expensive after the initial free tests, but then probably worth it for the real feedback from real people.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to analyse my website with a fresh set of eyes, and notice things that I wouldn't have thought of. I can refine my website and make it more accessible for people who have never seen it before.

 ### 12. Effortless Usability with Thorough Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikethana N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I used Userbrain for unmoderated testing, and I found it easy to set up. I love how it helped me follow user actions, and the reports were thorough and useful, allowing me to understand patterns and where users got stuck. I really appreciate its usability. Plus, the screener questions are a good addition.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

Having more number of screener questions? Currently it's only 2.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain simplifies unmoderated testing by making setup easy and providing thorough reports. I can follow user actions, understand patterns, and identify where users get stuck.

 ### 13. Intuitive Layout, Easy to Use, and a Handy AI Task Generator

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arianna P. | E-commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

The layout is intuitive and the tool is easy to use. I especially like the AI task generator.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

The age-range options for filtering testers feel limited, and it would be helpful to have more choices.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Userbrain to improve our customer journey, boost conversion rate, and reduce drop-offs.

 ### 14. Takes the Pain and Admin Out of User Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

It takes all the pain and administration out of user testing.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

It's difficult, if impossible, to test multiple times with the same cohort.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain makes it so easy to test, that we've done a lot more refinement in the prototype stage and saved tons of time and money by releasing well validated products and designs before our actual users ever need to complain.

 ### 15. Easy Setup, Flexible Test Audiences, and Truly Useful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Easy to set up and run tests. I love being able to use our own audience as well as external testers. The AI features are actually useful and make the process smoother.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

We've had occasional glitches with rendering figma prototypes through the native apps but can be worked around when needed.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running user tests quickly and affordably.

 ### 16. Great value for the cost. Rock solid AI integration.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Easy to set up unmoderated tests. Easy to understand results with AI summaries and best of all video + audio.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

Lack of features like the more expensive platforms but for the cost they are rock solid.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Validating product changes before building them. Filtering users so we get the right people to take our tests.

 ### 17. Unmoderated Usability Testing at a Startup-Friendly Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Great tool at a reasonable price. Basically you have similar functionalities to set up an unmoderated usability test as usertesting.com, but with much better price. As a startup we struggle with budget but been loving userbrain.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

the pricing & plan changed recently and we lost all of our previous credits

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unmoderated usability test

 ### 18. Unbiased users test the shop – direct, valuable feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc T. | E-Commerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Unbiased users test their own website/shop, provide direct feedback, and complete tasks defined by themselves.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

Basically a solid platform with little to complain about. One might classify the price for the tests as somewhat too expensive.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usability can be perfectly improved by independent testers. This way, a high bounce rate or a poor conversion rate can be identified and specifically improved.

 ### 19. Turned my webshop into a high-performer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

What I like best about Userbrain is how effortless it makes usability testing. I can get real, unbiased feedback from users within hours, which helps me identify issues I’d completely overlooked. It’s incredibly easy to set up tests, and the video insights are clear, actionable, and often surprisingly honest. Userbrain has become an essential part of how I validate and improve my designs.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

One of the testers sounded like they had just rolled out of bed — more of an anecdote than a real issue. Overall, the feedback was still useful and on point.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain helps me identify usability issues early in the design process by providing real, unbiased feedback from actual users. Instead of guessing how people will interact with my product, I get clear insights into what works and what doesn’t. This not only saves time and development costs, but also helps me build a more user-friendly experience with confidence. It’s like having a fresh set of eyes on demand — which is incredibly valuable.

 ### 20. Used it for years, and it's better than ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Lead Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain has always been incredibly easy to use, and very good value. It has enabled us to quickly & effectively get feedback & input on prototypes, surveys, questionnaires & more. But more recently, their Mobile App feature has been an absolute game changer. This allows us to record a users device screen & microphone during a test, giving us a tremendous ability to instantly & quickly test REAL app features without having to design & prototype an elaborate test.

Great customer support, intuitive & highly usable platform. I'm VERY pleased with Userbrain and would strongly recommend it to any other teams trying to supercharge their user research / UX efforts. Implementation is about as easy as can be, require simple setup from site. My team and I use Userbrain typically at least once a week, and sometimes up to 5-10 times a week. Integrating prototypes, links, images, etc is super simple.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

At times, the quality of the responses can be realtively poor. Due to disinterest or inability to give descriptive feedback from some testers, or tech / tool issues, with poor recording quality, background noise etc. But those cases are rather rare, and IF there's been issues with the recording or the tester, Userbrain will immediately refund the issue to make it right. There could also be better organized workspace, project folders, and historic activity of each user on the team. Things can easily get a little confusing & disorganized with a few different collaborators.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to quickly & effectively get feedback & insights on existing features, functions or flows in app. And it also allows us to very rapidly test prototypes or concepts of new solutions, features, etc. The mobile app feature has saved us a tremendous amount of time & effort, allowing us to watch users USE the app, without the need to moderate it (remotely, or face to face).

 ### 21. Even more valuable than expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruth L. | Rechtsanwältin und Partnerin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Even if you already have experience with user tests, you will be extremely positively surprised by Userbrain. You quickly and accurately get exactly the insights and findings that not even a team of experts could provide for 100 times the price. Incredibly valuable and detailed.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

To be honest, I can't see any point of criticism - I'm happy to recommend it to anyone.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a really deep insight into the minds of customers.

 ### 22. Easy to use; Quick results (german); AI Feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

We have been using it in the team for a long time. Since October 2023, we have been pushing the integration of user testing into our processes - so we use it almost weekly.

I am most impressed by the following three things:

1. ease of use - the interface is particularly user friendly. The tests are very easy and intuitive to create.

2. quick results - most videos come within less than 24 hours! For the sake of accuracy: this applies to German-language tests. I have no experience with English-language tests.

3. the AI analyzing feature - this is the best feature introduced in summer 2023! It makes evaluation so much easier. We have become massively faster. The evaluations directly within the videos are also very helpful (e.g. for sharing with a timestamp).

Customer support is also always very friendly, helpful and fast.

Implementation: we use it as a stand-alone tool. However, we provide the evaluations directly in FigJam Boards.

Integration: as it is a stand-alone tool, there was nothing to implement.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

To be honest: no dislikes. We are very satisfied.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the user tests immensely. The biggest advantage is that the tests take place asynchronously and can then be evaluated at your leisure.

 ### 23. A clean, user friendly usability testing platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cliff M. | UX/UI Usability Research Tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Have used others like Userbrain but the platforms weren't nearly as usefriendly and stable. We did not encounter a single technical issue with Userbrain in the full year we used their services. Customer service was also second to none. We had tried many others as we were not bound but any sort of contracts. Almost a pay as you go type method.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

There isn't really anything negative to say about this company. I guess the only thing that comes to mind was the feeling that the usability testers weren't always adequately compensated for the amount of time they'd spend on some tests. Otherwise a platform I cannot complain about at all.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to gain valuable insights on what our customer base liked and did not like about our website allowing us to make adjustments based on the research collected to ensure the best possible user experience.

 ### 24. A great small team solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reagan W. | Senior Product Designer, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain makes it super easy to immediately jump into getting user insights without going throught the whole rigmarole of meeting with the sales team, going through lengthy contract negiotiations, etc. Primarily, it's very easy to use and set up tests (especially unmoderated tests!) and there are resource libraries available.

Userbrain has allowed me and my team to dig right into testing freuently and getting valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about it.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain is allowing us to solve for the user-centered insight gaps in our existing experience. These insights/feedback are allowing us to get a glimpse into what's important to users, what to change, and what to do next. These things will allow us to make our strategy and roadmap based off solving the right problems.

 ### 25. Making user testing affordable and quickly delivering more features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pascal B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I've been using UserBrain since 8 years, with a 2-year gap where we switched to UserTesting.com at a time where we needed more features that weren't available in UserBrain at the time like screener questions, ability to do highlight reels, etc...

For cost reasons we went back to UserBrain, but we were happy to discover that they are now shipping new features very rapidly and are now really competing with more advanced user testing solutions, the only feature we're missing is the ability to do highlight reels / clippings, but it is something they are working on and should arrive soon.

I'm really impressed by the AI notes that are generated automatically and the AI-powered reports, it's starting to be very useful to quickly jump to the most interesting segments of the tests.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I believe they've made some changes to their pricing to fix this, but I'm still unsure if my credits will roll-over or not if I downgrade or pause my plan, and if they will ever expire or not.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us user test our product when we need it, at a cost that is flexible and not prohibitively high.

 ### 26. quick, easy, & affordable way to conduct user testing, particularly for smaller projects or startups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain is designed to be a simple and user-friendly platform, allowing you to set up usability tests quickly. You can reportedly create a test in minutes and get feedback within hours. Compared to other user testing options, Userbrain can be a more affordable solution, especially if you only need to conduct occasional tests.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

Userbrain doesn't offer built-in video editing tools. You'll need to export clips and use separate software to edit them together.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain allows remote unmoderated testing, significantly reducing costs and turnaround time

 ### 27. Very efficient tool to test e-commerce checkouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franz D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Very fast to setup, great input from testers, easy to navigate interface.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

There is nothing to dislike about the tool.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to test if there are any obstacles for people to buy on our webshop.

 ### 28. Easy to use product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain is easy to use, has great features and outstanding customer support. Overall, very happy with this tool for my user testing needs.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

There should be more options for downloading the test Report.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbrain is helping my company do fast user testing, so we can get quick results that will benefit our customers.

 ### 29. Great features and customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

I have found their customer support team especially outstanding - they have acted on my case promptly, and I have managed to gather testing results in almost no time after their support.

I also found their AI analysis tool useful which optimised our workflow massively.

Thanks team !

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

It could have been more easier to invitate our my own testers (e.g. bulk/automated email invitation feature).

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting rich insights from users for using our prototypes and products, which informed us of their expectations, pain points, thoughts patterns and more - enabling us to make better design decisions and improve user experience in any stages of our design cycles.

 ### 30. UserBrain delivers remote usability tests super fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Doing usability tests always meant a lot of work in finding the correct users to test, coordinating their availability, managing changes, etc. With UserBrain, we don't have to care about this! Usability testing is all about your app — full focus on creating the test and analyzing the results.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

There is hardly anything to dislike. We have chosen a bad strategy in terms of pricing and subscriptions, but this is mostly on us.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Reducing the effort of organizing and managing users for usability testing
- Giving us the opportunity to test with users from different places all over the world

 ### 31. The ideal tool to test complex user flows (e.g. on-boarding)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul D. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrain is elegantly simple. Type in the goal you'd like the user to achieve. Then wait. Soon after, you can download a video that shows the user completing (or not!) the task. A user typically spends 8-15 minutes working on the task. That's why Userbrain isn't cheap, but it's absolutely worthwhile.

Downloading the video is the best part because it's easy to share with your colleagues. We actually have user testing video viewing parties, but without the popcorn.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

I haven't experienced any problems. The customer service has been excellent — in the rare case we had a bad user test (user didn't meet our criteria), they quickly refunded the credit. I am fearful that they might remove the download-the-video feature, which IMO is the killer feature of Userbrain.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Userbrain, we can test longer user flows. We've used it to test our on-boarding workflow. We'd run 3 tests, analyze, make changes, run 3 more tests, make more changes, and continue until everyone successfully completed on-boarding.

 ### 32. I wish I had stumpled upon Userbrain 3 years ago

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karsten M. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

Userbrains easy interface made me set up a questionnaire within minutes. I just wanted to do a quick test and then I received some of the best product feedback I have ever gotten. Pure gold. Now we are changing parts of the product because of that feedback.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

So far I didn't find anything worth complaining about. Of course it would be cool to also see people's face for those who would be open to share a webcam. That way it becomes easier to see their face reaction while testing.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to make the onboarding of our product better. Right now it's OK, but we are aiming for perfection. This requires an intense amount of user testing and quick execution of new ideas. Build, test, sleep, repeat.

 ### 33. East experience with great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Narelle M. | Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Userbrain?**

How simple the platform was and that it was half the price per video, i.e. per user review, when compared to other platforms. However, most impressive was the customer service. When there was something I couldn't do I emailed them and I got quick response from Markus who helped me sort the issue.

**What do you dislike about Userbrain?**

The issue I had was with setting a demographic for the user test. It would have been nice to have been able to do this myself. However, it only took one email and they set all of this up for me for no extra cost.

**What problems is Userbrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Userbrain to compare my new website to two others and to try and find out when users thought and which they would be more likely to use.
