With coverage in both the US and UK, we benefit from the ability to focus on upgrades and receive support across a wide window of time, ensuring smooth operations and minimal interruptions. To top it all off, the exceptional customer service provided by Unily ensures we always have the support and guidance needed to make the most of the platform and address any challenges with ease. While Unily offers many excellent features, one area where it falls short is in its reporting capabilities for the broadcast center. Unlike platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact, Unily does not provide the ability to view detailed analytics regarding specific employees who have engaged with a communication. We understand that this limitation is largely attributed to Unily's UK base and adherence to GDPR regulations. However, this constraint makes it challenging for us to transition the majority of our internal communication emails away from other paid providers, as we require that level of detail to confirm the receipt of critical messages.
