Currently located in the city Reykjavik. Our journey began with one man's frustration over the overwhelming task of travel planning. So we created a one-stop solution specially designed to help travel professionals save time by providing all aspects of the itinerary at their fingertips. That translates into the ability to increase team productivity, customer engagement, and sales conversions within a shorter amount of time.

**What do you like best about TripCreator?**

The itinerary creator in Tripcreator is really extensive. As a plus user, I am able to get all the exact details in there. This freedom allows me to take my travel agency to higher standards. It's great! Next to that, before I started using this tool, I was working entirely manually with creating itineraries, I can't believe I found this tool any sooner, what a time-saver.

**What do you dislike about TripCreator?**

For me, there is nothing to dislike so far. Customer service helps out a lot and they even provided discounts for businesses suffering in times of COVID.

**Recommendations to others considering TripCreator:**

In need of saving time as a travel operator/agency? Don't look any further.

**What problems is TripCreator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating itineraries without a hassle first of all. The tool helps me to deliver work like there is a whole team behind it. So, in short, it saves me time and takes my business to new heights.

**What do you like best about TripCreator?**

I'm a big fan of TripCreator. The site has a lot of great features. They allow you to select places to visit and give great descriptions of the locations. Overall, a great website to organize your trips! I also really like the Activity Information and Earnings pages. They are so helpful in organizing all this information in one spot. 

**What do you dislike about TripCreator?**

If I had to choose something that I dislike, I would say it takes a bit more work than I would like to enter all your trip details, such as flight numbers and all that. They should make it easier to enter trip details. 

**Recommendations to others considering TripCreator:**

Give it a try! I've never used other travel organization softwares but I think that this one is worth trying out for your company to organize all the information.

**What problems is TripCreator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are great. The site allows you to organize trips in a concise manner that allows you to have all of your trip details in one easy to access spot and allows others to login and view it as well. It's helpful for me because I can enter all of my boss's flights, hotels and pickup information and then everyone in the office can view it so that we know everything is going alright and he's in the right spot at the right time.
