The Nezasa team behind it is enthusiastic and continuously striving to improve. **What do you dislike about TripBuilder?** Limited useability for more complex products - these need extra support in the back-end. Integrations providing hotel and/or destination descriptions are standard and not always tailored towards end-consumers (here are opportunities for AI). Further development is needed but continuous, there is a great potential. **What problems is TripBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scaling the multi-day tour products in a flexible, customer-friendly way. ### 5.
