I like Traliant because it makes workplace training easier to manage since everything is connected through Workday. It's straightforward to see what training I need to complete, ensuring that required training isn't overlooked. What I like most about Traliant is that the training is easy to follow and doesn't feel overly complicated. It makes training easier to understand and less stressful to complete. I love the office-like content, it felt really fun and made the training feel like I was watching a show rather than doing a training, which was super cool and very engaging. In this day and age when streaming is a big part of our lives, it allowed me to feel really engaged and excited to do. I think just being able to implement a feature that allows you to kind of speed up the videos a little bit or even just, like, speed up some of the content would be helpful. There were times that, you know, I already kind of grasped what was being said, but because there was no feature to speed it up, I just found myself wasting more time. The videos are well-made and engaging, and they are easily relatable to a wide breadth of people. The setting is very corporate and although the videos have wide appeal, there isn't a great variety of characters applicable to my particular workplace or the population of NYC. I love that Traliant starts from a very grounded place, full of heart, and it's very pure. It holds innocence and protects it in dealing with discrimination and harassment issues. Occasionally, I'm unable to pause the course once it's started--this is challenging, since I take the courses at work and am sometimes interrupted during the course. Having to replay portions I'd almost finished, back at the beginning, is frustrating. Also, it would be nice to be able to increase/decrease the speed of the video. The videos are perhaps a little hokey but I am never seen a set of training videos that were done with great production quality anyway.
