Keeping your people continuously informed on operational changes or critical events is a huge challenge. Tekmon is a cloud-based system that supports one-way and two-way communication of critical information between both individuals and groups of individuals. The system is designed to convey information over multiple types of devices such as Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email and Fax, at once. Adding contact lists is easy, and I love that it allows for the inclusion of the different communication channels we use. As a member of the project management department, I love using Tekmon when there is a delay in important activities, and it is great that I can choose the people to whom the alert should be conveyed and send them the alert directly. **What do you dislike about Tekmon?** No complicated issues. Operation is simple, and preparing contact lists and setting up and sending alerts is done quickly. **What problems is Tekmon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tekmon saved our early alert system, took care of the privacy of the information, and enabled us to convey it to the concerned parties in a concise manner, delivering the information to them exactly so that they can start taking appropriate action. ### 2. I forcefully send detrimental notice via SMS, voice communication, including WhatsApp and the rest knowing well they will all receive the message. **What do you dislike about Tekmon?** The main weakness that affects Tekmon is the different visibility offline. This means that once a notification is sent, I am not in a position to see whether the recipient received the notification when they were offline. **What problems is Tekmon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tekmon makes emergency communication easier by reaching everyone affected at once. A single notification guarantees that all the members are aware of the particular situation, which is tremendously helpful in emergencies. ### 3.
