**What do you like best about Teamspective?**

I appreciate Teamspective's flexibility and its easy-to-use reporting. It's very easy to set up and gives us valuable feedback from our employees, helping us develop our processes and show progress. It's a tool that's easy to use for our managers and employees. Also the Teamspective experts are very helpful and easy to approach.

**What do you dislike about Teamspective?**

Some of the questions (in Finnish) could be better.

**What problems is Teamspective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Teamspective to measure employee satisfaction. It provides valuable feedback and helps develop our processes, showing progress.

360 Feedback - Teamspective provides continuous 360-degree feedback options, allowing individuals to seek and receive feedback efficiently. This feedback supports both personal and team growth, driving a more accountable, transparent culture.

Actionable Insights - Their pulse surveys and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) go beyond traditional surveys, identifying hidden influencers and informal communication paths within teams, making it easier to proactively address potential engagement or performance issues.

Highly Customizable Analytics - Custom pulse surveys adapt to the company’s unique metrics and provide deep insights into employee well-being, engagement, and organizational climate, which leaders can use to take specific, targeted actions.

Encouraging Continuous Learning - By facilitating an environment where feedback is frequent and constructive, Teamspective helps promote a culture of learning and improvement across all levels of an organization.

**What do you dislike about Teamspective?**

Complexity for Smaller Teams: Teams with fewer members may find the full range of analytics tools and options excessive, as many insights may be better suited to larger organizational structures.
Limited Offline Accessibility: As the platform is integrated into online workflows, it may be less useful for teams needing offline access or traditional dashboard setups outside Slack and Teams.

**What do you like best about Teamspective?**

When we started benchmarking different feedback tools, it was essential for us that the tool combines various elements of feedback: most importantly employee pulse, peer feedback & public appreciations. The collaboration with Teamspective has been smooth and we have especially appreciated the personal level of customer service they can provide. I like how Teamspective's feedback model fits well with our organisation culture. There are not many solutions that are not top-down in a way that the manager wouldn't be in charge of feedback. I love how Teamspective is helping our people to take responsibility for their own feedback and development.

**What do you dislike about Teamspective?**

This is not something I personally dislike, but I think Teamspective might not be the best feedback tool for more traditional, hierarchical organisations looking primarily for a performance evaluation tool for managers. Teamspective's best feature is the peer feedback part, and if the tool would mainly be used for top-down performance evaluations, I think you won't get the most out of Teamspective. At least for our organization the purpose of Teamspective is to help our people to be in charge of their earning and development so if that's not part of your company culture, maybe there are better options for purely evaluation purposes. I know Teamspective has created a new evaluation feature as well with interesting looking analysis features but we haven't yet tried it.

**What problems is Teamspective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamspective is solving at least two crucial problems: 1. Employees' wish to get more and better feedback and 2. Knowledge for HR & team leads about their employees' pulse. There is a lot of competition for employees in our industry. We want to improve our ways of working constantly, and if we ask only once per year how people are doing, it's way too late. Pulse tool is giving constant info about the wellbeing trends and helps us to focus on right things.

**What do you like best about Teamspective?**

I have been working with Teamspective about 6 months  now and it has been a pleasure because it runs without issues or need for my continuous supervision, unlike many other HR softwares I have worked with. Teamspective pulse surveys bring up issues quickly, guide people to take action and allow us to focus on improvement instead of admin work.

Teamspective's customer service and hands-on attitude is great!

**What do you dislike about Teamspective?**

Nothing really comes to mind, working with their team has been super smooth and they are always open for any feedback we might have.

**What problems is Teamspective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamspective makes giving feedback easy for all levels in our organisation. On top of that the administration side is great as it gives you quick and clear overview of the wellbeing in your teams but also enables you to dive deeper into areas where you are doing especially well or could improve.

**What do you like best about Teamspective?**

Teamspecitve provides in-depth and analytical reports on our employee well-being and motivation on many levels, and still from respondents' perspective, it only takes few seconds per pulse to respond.

**What do you dislike about Teamspective?**

Honestly, there is none. We started our Teamspecitve use as one of their first customers, and not all the features that the tool has today did not exist back then. Still, the cooperation and the tool development together with Teamspective and other customers have been fluent and fun, which I greatly value from our partners.

**What problems is Teamspective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees are the core of our business in everything we do. For this reason, we want to be on the pulse all the time on their well-being at all levels. Teamspective provides us an easy and convenient way to collect pulse from different areas and to monitor and act accordingly and actively based on the results.

They have a fresh and research-backed approach to building People engagement and assessment tools which minimizes time used for information gathering.

Teamspective is still in the process of building its tools and UI. However, this is the perfect time to get your feedback into the product!

**What problems is Teamspective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating continuous feedback processes in teams, minimizing time used for Evalutations, and automating employee pulse data collection and visualization.
