**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Convenient for some functions, but the contractual arrangements are unclear. The assistance after contact suggests subscription plans that are not used to make you spend more.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

I believe it is almost a scam as the operators hide the fact that the subscription cannot be canceled for 12 months and prohibit downgrades, only offering upgrades. When during the consultation you ask whether or not you can cancel the subscription they reply with vague and equivocal answers. I absolutely do not recommend.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It involves automatisms that can easily be managed more conveniently and less expensively with alternative methods.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Superchat mobile app from UI/UX design point of view was the best I have used. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by performance issues with high volume messages.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

Superchat’s pricing practices raise concerns and border on deceptive. They hide crucial information in their Terms of Use.

Notably, their monthly plan is not truly monthly. Clause 14.2 at the end of the terms states, “Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum contract term is 12 months, commencing on the date of the first direct debit.”

Consequently, after 30 days from the initial payment, users are obligated to a 12-month commitment despite signing up for a monthly plan.

Outside this clause in the terms, such critical detail is nowhere to be found.

The entire process is designed to mislead users into believing they are signing up for a monthly plan.

The order summary screen, after selecting the plan, displays the monthly price and then shows “See future charges,” which only shows a single month’s charge. Unless users delve into the Terms of Conditions and scroll to the end, they will not be aware of this 12-month commitment.

Furthermore, such a 12-month commitment also applies to “add-ons.” Users cannot cancel an add-on after a few months if they need it; instead, they are also on the hook after 30 days from adding the add-on to their plan.

We terminated our Superchat subscription after using it for a few months due to significant performance issues as the volume of messages increased.

When I received a charge for two months after cancellation, I was perplexed. I reached out to support, and that is when I became aware of clause 14.2. They refused to refund the two months charged.

While Superchat has some positive aspects, these are overshadowed by the known dark pattern of concealing essential information in the terms and conditions.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Had an onboarding with Maria, from which we as a company can still learn a lot. During the onboarding, my individual questions were addressed, and it was also kindly communicated that a diligent task would follow, which I could carry out myself later. Optimal.

During support, you get professionals on the line or via chat during opening hours. Constructive suggestions are made, and links to help topics are shared, which also include best practice solutions with instructions and videos.

Bug tickets are professionally documented for the IT department via TeamViewer and video.

Currently, I am not aware of any major disadvantages; the solution helps our company.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have recurring questions about the menu, opening hours, dogs in the restaurant, links to online orders, and more. Through automation and an AI chatbot, 80% of standard inquiries are resolved, even outside our opening hours. Individual inquiries or special cases are directly assigned to the team, which has significantly improved time management.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

At Superchat, we really like the very friendly customer service from the beginning. In advance, the colleague took a lot of time to show us all the features that might be interesting for us. The transparency about the price was also a criterion for why we chose Superchat. A second employee took a lot of time to set up our WhatsApp channels despite technical difficulties and answered all questions in detail. The communication was just straightforward. Just as you would wish. The user portal seems very intuitive and the individual settings can be implemented smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

We cannot make a statement on that at the moment, as we are still at the beginning of the collaboration.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to communicate with our customers on the channels they use daily. Primarily, this is WhatsApp. Many customer inquiries that reach our call center can, in our view, also be answered via WhatsApp. We see the speed and high acceptance among customers as a clear advantage to achieve higher customer satisfaction.

I use Superchat daily and am very satisfied with the application. The user interface is clearly designed, which makes onboarding and daily use easy.

A big advantage for me is the text templates, which can also be customized. They help to simplify standardized communication processes and thus save noticeable time in the workday.

Particularly noteworthy is also the good accessibility of the service team for inquiries.

Overall, Superchat is a reliable and useful tool that I can recommend for simplifying customer communication.

Superchat has elevated our customer communication to a new level. The centralized management of all messaging channels saves a tremendous amount of time and improves our workflow. Particularly impressive is the easy integration with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Google Business Messages – perfect for quick and effective customer interaction. The user interface is intuitive, allowing our team to work productively without a long training period.

So far, there are hardly any points of criticism. In rare cases, notifications could be a bit more reliable, but the great support helps quickly.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

I like that we were able to go from WhatsApp Business usage, straight into WhatsApp API and hit the ground running. I was concerned there would be a large amount of setup to do but there wasn't, it was simple and straightforward.

If I am not able to find out what to do, a simpl email into Friederike or another customer service agent and I have my answer.

The marketing side of things is great, I am able to drill down the type of customer I want to market to using labels and contact lists. This makes it easy to market to the correct people. In addition, we can mark those not wanting to be marketed to but still use it as a contact tool with us, so we can always look after our customers in the right way.

We will look at the automations soon but I've no doubt this is going to work great for us. We use Superchat everyday for 2 types of businesses who are completely different in their needs and it works great for both sides of the business. Something that has allowed us to massively increase contact and conversion rates from leads and for the other side of the business, massively improve customer contact methods and documentation acquirement.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

I would like to see them integrate the ability to put wording in Bold, like you can on WhatsApp Business/Personal, this will help us to highlight wording far easier.

At the moment, nothing in particular but i have just requested to see if they can integrate the 'bolding' of letters/words.

What I like best about Superchat is how seamless the process has been from the start. It’s incredibly useful for our business, as it allows us to send WhatsApp communications directly to our database, adding an extra layer of connectivity. **What do you dislike about Superchat?**

We wanted to connect a WhatsApp messaging system to our Zoho CRM to run marketing campaigns. We came across Superchat and we were assured by their sales team that their solution integrates seamlessly with Zoho CRM via a third-party platform Zapier. They promised to send material for similar CRMs and follow the same steps to fully integrate Zoho CRM into their solution.

We made our buying decision to a 1-year professional plan based on this information. We were sent the martial for pipedrive CRM to follow the same steps to integrate our Zoho CRM into their system... Guess What?! Integration did not work and never did. We escalated to Superchat's team, they acknowledged the problem, and guess what again?! They said it is not something they will fix and we need to go to Zapier or Zoho and fix it ourselves!

How horrible is that?! We wasted money, resources, and time because of this misleading info. and lack of care. Our business lost significant money and missed out on important events because of their lack of knowledge of their system capabilities. How serious is Superchat with clients and their money?!

Superchat offers many solutions. No matter which industry you come from, it definitely helps you with community management! The customer service is really 10/10. I have rarely worked with companies where the calls were so friendly and helpful. Many companies should take this as an example. The program will be used daily in the future for processing inquiries from all customers at our locations. This way, we save a lot of time that can be invested in other projects. Once you have understood it, the integration is a piece of cake. Thanks to customer support, every customer will succeed.

If there are any disadvantages at all, it is for people who do not want to engage with the topic. One must first understand the topic itself. Otherwise, there are also offers from Superchat, where employees set everything up for you.

Intuitive interface, consolidates all my channels in one place, especially WhatsApp. Possibilities for automation as well as the ability to train the AI. Additionally, super-chat can be seamlessly linked with all systems, thanks to perfect integration with Zapier and Make.

The own HTTPS requests in the own ecosystems should be slightly revised again.

GDPR-compliant WhatsApp usage with German servers and German support: Through the cloud-based solution, I can log into our WhatsApp and other messenger services from anywhere. This offers applicants and employees a simple and direct way to contact us. We are talking about the medium with by far the highest opening rate.

Even beyond recruiting, we see great potential in this solution. We recommend every company to integrate messenger services – especially WhatsApp with automated processes, such as for reservations or support inquiries and even the WhatsApp newsletter – to make communication with customers and prospects more efficient and to improve the user experience.

- The automation system Superchat uses is easy to understand and has countless great options we did not even think about beforehand. All our wildest dreams are now reality. 

- Because of Superchat, our customer service is finally manageable, available 24/7 & fun to do again.

- Superchat's customer service is above & beyond. If I could give more than 10, I would do it. 
For someone not good with computers, the start was a bit overwhelming. Luckily, customer support was always ready to help. No matter the time of day or the number of questions I had, I was always quickly helped with great results.

- (This counts in general) For someone without knowledge about this stuff, the first couple of days can be overwhelming.

Good product overall, but very poor support. They would keep sending help articles to users instead of understanding them and helping properly. Took them about 24hrs to get answer to simple API related questions, support people on chat has no knowledge of API related questions at all, left us helpless...leading to us experimenting and troubleshooting and eventually affecting our whatsapp account blocked by meta! Stay away if you are looking for good support.

Good UI, good product if you want to use as a self-serve customer and straight forward use cases. Sales team was good.

We were trying to build whatsapp automation that would connect to our platform for scheduling via API,we hit roadblock when we started seeing errors and their support team didnt bother to answer our questions clearly.

Very easy to use and a great way to engage with clients. Espcially clients that wouldn't be confident enough speaking over the phone due to having little english. 
We get great support from Friederike with any queries we have.
The automations and campaign features have made our jobs a lot easier.
Recieved positive feedback from clients for the Superchat service.

Have no disllikes when it comes to Superchat. Everthing has been positive thus far

Friederike goes beyond what one would expect. She helped me sort out my Zapier Zap as I was having an issue with this, and getting help from Zapier took so long. So now it's all working thanks to Friederike.

No two-way comms with Zoho, but I'm sure this will be done in the future.

Customers don't seem to ready emails but they respond to WhatsApp, this allows us to get a quick reply from our customers.

It is a simple chat tool with almost everything one could wish for from such a tool. It combines the most important messaging services into one app in a simple way! It works flawlessly and the support is always friendly and helpful. The AI bot can be configured excellently and is almost like a real employee.

Unfortunately, the WhatsApp status isn't working, but this is probably due to the Meta API and not Superchat.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Superchat helps us to recognize every customer. No matter which platform they use to contact us, we can find all information and messages in one place. This allows us to effectively distribute conversations within our team and shorten long and repetitive conversations by using templates or automations. And if we ever have a question, the support team is there to help us within minutes. We are using it every single day.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

Superchat is still growing, so some fancy features might not be developed yet. Luckily you always can text the team, bring ideas and wishes to the table and they'll be added to the plattform.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage communication with our customers by collecting all messages and info in one central place. When we are asking for the registration paper of the car, we simply can get all the important information via Superchat. We can label customer chats, to organize them better and make it clear which employee will handle which chat. The ability to use templates and automations shortens our response times drastically. Our team has to spend less time on answering standard questions and can focus on the more difficult topics/conversation and terminating them. Also we are using the Note Function quite often, since my team is working partly in home office. When using it we shorten the time of exchanging information within a chat.

It is still progressing as a product which is not a dislike but like the fact that it is innovating. I would like a little more of a pro-active support to best suggest routes to market and to build automation for contacting and engaging with clients.

Whatsapp is very limited when dealing through the business portal and Superchat opens up a high level of functionality not available through whatsapp.

Very easily to take care about messages and emails from different channels and to answer them with prebuild messages. Also a very good way to postpone answers and get remembered later or transfer it to other colleauges. An amazing support and developing team. Very user friednly processes. They really take care about Development request - I think 50% of my request were build. Ok I used to be a product manager at SAP years ago and maybe my development request are very valid, but I never had such a rate  with other providers. Love it

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

The tool is very expensive - specially because the automations are not so well yet and you have very less automations in the small packages, but because of some missing actions there you need for one task more than 8 automations.... e.g. if you want to label contacts which anser with more than one possibility, you need as far as I understand to automate it for each possibility an own automation. otherwise the wautomation will be hold after transfering second possibility. If there would be better options to build automations or more automations included - the price would be much more fair.

- Customer support (I receive competent help within 5-10 minutes. The employees are highly trained and know the platform inside out.

- Design: I like everything about the design. It's very user-friendly & intuitive. 

- Functionality: Constant new updates also enable us to further develop our offer. Keyword: AI - chatbot.

In order to offer website visitors an intuitive contact option, Dominik Lansen has decided to integrate a web chat on the company's website. Users can choose which channel they want to use to contact the studio. In addition to WhatsApp, email, SMS, Facebook Messenger and Instagram are also available.
Incoming messages are bundled in a universal inbox, to which 3 employees currently have access.
The most popular communication channel for customers is undoubtedly WhatsApp. Most inquiries reach the company via this messenger. New customers are primarily interested in the services offered, prices and arranging trial training sessions.

We used multiple communication solutions for our WhatsApp communication before and now we're with Superchat. From our experience, it is the best tool out there to do focus work and organize your customer support. We use it daily and benefit greatly from the automations that are an ease to set up and integrate into our infrastructure.

Big plus is the customer support, onboarding questions were solved for us under 15mins.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Superchat is really efficient and saves us time, and with that also money, but automatizing processes and messaging. We use the application daily or I would even say hourly. I feel we have only scratched the surface of what superchat can do as we have just started with the app. Customer support has been fantastic so far - efficient and friendly.
It has been easy to integrate with Zappier and Pipedrive and easy to implement in the team.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

The only inconvinience that we have had up until now is that the messages sent don't register automatically in Pipedrive. This may be a case of trying to integrate this through Zapier.
