What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

I like that you can get a free account and can still get good detailed information in Word. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. The free account only allows 100 responses per month, so if you can set that limit ahead of time, it would make it so if they are not in the first 100 that participants do not waste their time. What do you dislike about SmartSurvey?

I like the product, but I wish there were more types of stage pricing, like 250 responses cost. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. All of our plans allow you to set a maximum number of responses to your survey at which point, when reached the survey would close and not accept anymore responses.

What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

I'd like some more flexibility in terms of the structure of downloads. Difficult I realise, but often would be good to be able to import into databases for further analysis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do have the option to export to SPSS which will allow customers to perform various statistical analysis and generate reports based on your survey data.

What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

I like the functionality. It is visually pleasing as well as intelligent. The email triggers are another amazing feature this works so well for NPS and other feedback surveys! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartSurvey?

The only downside is how helpful the software is, so it keeps us busy! In terms of features, however, the only thing I would change, which I believe is being changed currently, is the ability to carry forward information to other areas of the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

We've been using the business plan to drive insights on our customers. I really like the ease with which you can create a survey. There are lots of different question types to choose from including the all important NPS question. I find the team helpful, accomodating and so quick to respond to any technical queries I have. What do you dislike about SmartSurvey?

Really indepth and details responses carried forward through the survey can sometimes be challenging, but tends to be some kind of 'workaround' I can apply. It would be good if there was a greater scope available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many tools in this system to customize your survey any way you want it; simple to create, modify, distribute the surveys, then gather and create detailed reports. What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

The ease of building my survey, the weblink was customisable and the results clear and easy to understand. Being sent the PDF of a response as soon as it was submitted was invaluable, I am then able to access the account and export all my responses together if I want. There is so much to envy about SmartSurvey. First, this software is well designed and has all the important features for a survey tool

The software offers an amazing UI, and all the features are within reach and easy to use and understand.
