The team at Simplio has consistenly been quick to help, ensuring any issues we had during setup were promptly resolved. For the customer, Simplio3D provides an easy to use configurator for bespoke products. It seamlessly integrates into our website. **What do you dislike about Simplio3D?** Given that some of the backend options are still being developed, some functions we needed in the configurator were not immediately available. The team at SImplio has been working on implementing more functions, and have assisted in finding workaround in the interim. We were in a difficult situation because we wanted to keep using our existing website and app UI, but Simplio was able to design a system that we can integrate into any application we currently have. We now have it live on four different platforms. **What do you dislike about Simplio3D?** There’s nothing we don’t like. The support is excellent. **What problems is Simplio3D solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to show customers exactly what they’re buying. Our product has 3 billion different combinations, and the way Simplio was able to build the model allows us to cover all of them. With barge decks of infinite shapes and sizes, we've proven to help our clients understand their sides and how our boat furniture fits. It was a tedious manual interaction that relied on depicted barge designs and the suppression of ever-changing phone conversations. Simplio was given the opportunity to provide limited volume controlled imaging for a popular client project. Our clients can, for all intents and purposes, create fantastic designs in minutes without the mystery. ### 12. We received constant communication and honest responses. The execution of ideas on paper to a finished, functional application couldn't have been done any better. **What do you dislike about Simplio3D?** The first phase of the project from start to finish took much longer than anticipated. That being said, we are pleased with the outcome and are glad that the Simplio team didn't try to rush out a product that didn't work as intended just to meet a deadline. **What problems is Simplio3D solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pontoon boat refurbish projects are a big part of our business. Because of the limitless shapes and sizes of pontoon decks, we were challenged in helping our customers understand their dimensions and how our pontoon furniture pieces would fit. It was a tedious, manual process that relied on sketched out pontoon layouts and overwhelming back and forth phone conversations. Simplio enabled us to provide a customizable, small scale visual for a customer's big time project. Our customers can virtually build their dream layout within minutes without any of the guesswork. ### 15.
