Over 2 weeks now that I've been trying to set up Whitelabeling, followed all instructions, now being completely ignored by support (15 days today). Tried contacting them through chat, emailed both admin and support emails, Facebook, Twitter. Nothing. I just need help setting up what I've paid $140 for. They really don't care about their customers at all. **What problems is SERPWizz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not solving any problems whatsoever at this stage, just major headaches not being able to get any answers from support. ### 4. It also has a Whitelabel report option if you want to use it for your customers. **What do you dislike about SERPWizz?** The UI doesn't feel very friendly, and SERPWizz doesn't provide a lot of insights on how to improve issues on the Website. This tool is also missing some key functionalities on how to manage leads and has not been updated in months. **What problems is SERPWizz solving and how is that benefiting you?** With SERPWizz I can get an SEO Audit of any Website in seconds. It gives me some directions on what should be improved to get better rankings in the SERPs.
