## Salesflow Reviews
 ### 1. Automation Made Easy and Effortless to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamza N. | Commercial Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Salesflow is essentially smart automation of what a team of 3 would be doing. You are saving time and effort as Salesflow expands your connections and reachs out to your target audience in LinkedIn, from sending invite, to liking comments, to viewing profile, to sending personalized emails.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

There are none. While Salesflow works flawlessly, LinkedIn limitations unfortunately apply too while you are using Salesflow.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is primarily saving my time and making sure that I focus on more demanding taks. If you value your time, this is the best automated tool.

 ### 2. Unsatisfied. Do not recommend

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystyna F. | Senior Director, Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

From first glance, it seems like it's a great Automation tool

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Constant disconnection of linkedin accounts requires a lot of manual intervention to get those back. There are limits on the invites sent even with the active/warmed up account with LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription. We also got several fraud alerts from Linkedin team abdout the account suspencion, despite the effort our team put to get this tool work for us.
There is no native integration with HubSpot CRM, which also requires a lot of manual work to reflect responses under the CRM contact record.
We have requested a refund for our annual subscription, describing the reasons for unsatisfactory user experience, and were refused.
Generally unsatisfied with the tool. Do not recommend.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linkedin outreach automation

 ### 3. Set it and Forget It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil P. | Sr. Director, Capital Markets, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

I like how I can set up various messages and flows to my campaigns. It works as described and automates the entire process.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I wish there was a global database of all the contacts so you don't have to import them again for each campaign. You can always add new contacts to a campaign so it would be nice to see if you already have them in your contacts list.

Also, there needs to be an easier way to duplicate campaigns. Right now, you have to create each one from scratch.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to automate my LinkedIn Direct Messaging campaign and this automates the entire process for me.

 ### 4. This is the ultimate solution for Linkedin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Salesflow.io is amazing! Super easy to set up, very intuitive, and delivers real results. The automation feels natural, the analytics dashboard is clear, and the support team is excellent. It helped me generate more quality leads and book more meetings in no time.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

It would be great to have more native integrations, but their API works as a solid alternative.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow improves active prospecting and helps me focus only on people who actually replied, making my outreach more efficient.

 ### 5. Seamless Sequences and LinkedIn Integration Make It a Standout

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miriam M. | Produktmanager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The sequences & LinkedIn integration - love it. Customer support is fast and amazing.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Setting up the combined email and LinkedIn outreach was challenging before the recent upgrades.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn connection requests and outbound sequences.

 ### 6. Salesflow Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Automates outreach, supports custom data to be input per lead, customer service is snappy

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

No automated process for accepted connections, e.g. sending them another message once they've approves the invite. Campaigns won't send intended number of InMail's as well

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated outreach to numerous leads

 ### 7. Exceptionally Reliable Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

reliability and complexity , visual design

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

i cannot see the whole campaign overview

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lead generation for clients

 ### 8. Great Automation Features, But Pricey

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit L. | BDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

automation, good customer support - although could be faster.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

The price is too high for me personally.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linkedin reach out while I focus on cold calling has been a game changer, ROI still unclear just yet but seems fruitful.

 ### 9. This tool is good with recent demand.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chetan C. | Sr. Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Their support team, who are always ready to provide any further assistance.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Sometimes it runs a bit slow; they should work on the interface.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was facing issue with Linekdin 2FA, immediately their team (Ulyana) jumped on a call and provide the solutions.

 ### 10. Better than the alternatives

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Compared to other solutions like Co-pilot AI, the ROI is much better with SalesFlow. I'm finding I'm getting way more connections on LinkedIn at a fraction of the the cost of Co-pilot AI. Better results - lower cost... who wouldn't like that.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I and my entire team had problems getting our accounts set up. There's a problem with the way Salesflow uses Captcha that I have not experienced with other products. I almost gave up and one of my colleagues had given up but I convinced him that it's really good once you get your account set up.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn lead automation

 ### 11. Best feature is its fast simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Fast, easy to use, intuitive features laid out in its UI. My first campaign was up and running within 20 minutes the first time I used it.

Great for scheduling ongoing long running campaigns and coordinating easily with multiple users and different campaign profiles

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Very little to complain about, if I had to nitpick, it would be the reporting. Although in depth, it's not laid out in an easy-to-read manner. But the team are fast and work well to provide regular updates.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplify outreach to customers and prospects on LinkedIn, saving time and effort

 ### 12. Nice tool to grow your Linkedin network

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ómar Thor . | CEO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

It does what it says. It helps you grow your Linkedin network easily. Had a little trouble with the setup of the campaigns but they have a absolutely fantastic support team.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Didn't get the UX right away but Customer Success helped out.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growing my Linkedin network

 ### 13. Salesflow organizes daily work with LinkedIn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marek L. | Sales director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Very nice tool to organize LinkedIn communication. It speeds up marketing campaign and provides detailed feedback on dashboards. Setting campaigns is easy. You can safe a lot of time using this tool.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

As I am using Salesflow mainly in other language than English, automated recognition of positive/negative answer works not precisely.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time spent on manual communication. Enables to focus on next stages of lead management.

 ### 14. We have been using Salesflow for more than 5 years now, and it's an esencial part of our business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco I. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The 2 best things that I like about Salesflow is the capacity to manage multi accounts and send hundreds of Open inmails.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

What I dislike more is that you can't copy-paste texts of campaigns from on profile to another.
Also sometimes the stats take too long to load.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling connecting and messaging.

 ### 15. Best Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob R. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

I will not say much but I can bet! It's the best tool in the market for LinkedIn automation.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Campaign errors often occur, such as stopping unexpectedly without notification. There should be a way to notify us if an error happens in a campaign.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagements features like liking or viewing a post of a prospect.

 ### 16. Outstanding Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Penny W. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The support. Salesflow offer the best support I have ever experienced with a software company, they are simply outstanding. I have never had immediate responses like it from any company.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

interface could be more user friendly and analytics

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to target specific client profiles using Sales Nav both existing and reaching out to new prospects

 ### 17. Great in theory, but probably buggiest software I've ever used

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The concept of being able to put some of your linkedin and email outreach on auto-pilot is great.

Really like how they let you see success rates of campaigns, a feature missing in some alternative tools.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

The execution overall is terrible and it's unfortunately probably the buggest software I've ever used.

I get pop-up errors like its Windows 98, and everything goes wrong almost daily.

Just a few examples -
Success rate %s are way off and the numbers don't add up. I get random pop-up errors about integration issues that I can't turn off or close out. The CSV upload is super finicky but doesn't tell you what's wrong with it when it doesn't work. My account would be turned inactive at least 1x a week for absolutely no reason even though I have a paying subscription - and I'd have to wait for support to temporarily fix it. Promo codes don't apply, they can't fix a lot of the issues. Email integration doesn't work....

I could go on....

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, it would help us run linkedin outreach automation campaigns to selected propsects (from lists in apollo) and combine those cadences with email outreach.

 ### 18. Top class service and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark K. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Ease of software and service. I've been dealing with Anish for years and he's been nothing short of brilliant. It's a shame we have to stop using you guys due to the future of our company but I'll for sure pick this back up again if the future permits.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Data can be somewhat confusing. Not entirely sure how accurate the reports are.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No lead flow - gives us consistant leads.

 ### 19. A great way of automating the Linkedin connection process!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Easy to import lists of contacts and smooth automation of the Linkedin connection process. Great customer service too, with support if you need it.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I did need a third party tool to import lists at first, but have since found a workaround thanks to customer support.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates the process of connecting with large numbers of possible lead contacts.

 ### 20. Salesflow is one of the best LinkedIn prospecting automation platforms.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Since we started using it, our response rates have increased by over 100%.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I believe what could improve is perhaps also having cold email.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency, I have over 100 clients using the platform daily.

The clients are always satisfied, and our retention has increased significantly.

 ### 21. Best LinkedIn sales automation tool out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Salesflow is an extremely seamless tool to set up. It's a tool that operates in the background every day. You basically add a LinkedIn sales navigator query of your ICP contacts you want to auto-connect with and put into a sequence and then let Salesflow take care of the rest. When the prospect responds there's your lead.

Because of Salesflow automation since most of our ICP is on LinkedIn, we were able to 4x qualified pipeline with hardly any maintenance work on our end.

It's truly incredible.

If you aren't doing LinkedIn automation and your ICP prospect lives in LinkedIn you need to be. Salesflow is the best out there.

Love their integration wtih Hubspot which allows us to retarget the same prospects over email outreach.

And the team is fantastic. A+ customer support.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

The only thing that I didn't like about Salesflow was that I didn't find out about the tool sooner.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting more qualified booked meetings for sales

 ### 22. Were renwed against our will and are being denied a refund.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Cofounder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The product is good, not too easy to use but once you get it just works.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Support is non-existing. Cancelling can't be done on your end and must be done by the Salesflow team.

We explicitly requested to not be renewed and keep the account active only during the active period since we had already paid for the accounts. Since some team members left the team we also requested 5 seats to be removed as we approached that date. However, Salesflow determined that since we requested 5 seats to be removed the cancellation was not something we requested anymore.

Shady team, shady product, shady practices. Avoid.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was helping me generate leads until they ripped us off.

 ### 23. Outreach for LinkedIn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Ability to automate sequences in Linkedin. Same principles apply as outrech

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I think the granularity could be a little better or more clear. You now add all contacts to a sequence and hit 'Play' and then suddenly the platform starts to send invites. Would be nicer if you need to hit some sort of execute button same as Outreach. Also to me it was not entirely clear what the different function mean: Mute is that pause? stuff like that

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time doing linkedin invites and sequences manually.

 ### 24. Efficient comms and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Head of New Business Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The platform is superstraightforward to setup and the support team respond to queries within a few minutes, being a new user, there was a lot to understand and they were great at guiding me through it

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

The statistics reporting could be a little clearer, there are several different figures on the overview that have similar names but conflicting figures, support were quick to clarify but for ease of reporting, a bit more clarity would be great

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It adds another string to our bow for lead generation outreach both for us and our clients

 ### 25. Terrible experience with the Salesflow team

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The automation is useful, but as soon as we find another product on the market that does the same thing, we will switch to a competitor as soon as possible. The software works as advertised, but the team is a disorganized mess and difficult to deal with, and the platform is filled with plentiful bugs and quirks that make it a pain to use.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

We started out paying $500 per for the "Done for You" campaign. Our account rep goes out of the office for 1+ week at a time with no notice, and the first time our account rep did this - they made a massive mistake with our campaign setup, set the campaigns live, and then left out of office with no notice. We had to email regular support, which was a nightmare. Different people emailing us on different email threads and different support channels like Intercom. It was completely chaotic and a disorganized mess. They continued to screw up, so we cancelled the "Done for You" plan and used the platform ourselves. Once we figured out a campaign setup that worked, we reached out to them again to pay $500 per month for the "Done for You" campaign. We made it simple, and told them all we need them to do is maintain our existing campaigns. I even wrote this out in a clear and detailed document so there would be no confusion - and they still managed to screw it up. We received an email back from them confirming the plan and asking if it was ok to proceed - and the plan they offered was *nothing* like what was discussed on the call, or what we had clearly laid out in our document. I have tried to work with their team twice now. We are more than glad to pay $500 per month if they can provide their service without making mistake after mistake - but that seems nearly impossible at this point. I wish I had more good things to say about Salesflow, but the company and its team seems to be a disorgnized mess. If you have the time and patience to use their self serve platform, which is a total pain, since the platform is filled with bugs and the process is very time consuming - then perhaps their service is a good fit. However, if you're looking for an automation platform that you can set up and then have their team manage it for you or have it run with minimal maintenance - Salesflow is simply not a good solution. We are actively looking for alternatives.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to reach new potential leads on the LinkedIn network. It solves the problem of otherwise not being able to reach those people, or having to do it in a manual way. The benefit, however, is limited since Salesflow does not work well and their team is extremely disorganized and difficult to deal with.

 ### 26. Great tool knowing it's always working

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

It's very intuitive to set up and the links with the lists on Sales Navigator are useful plugins. Sequencing works well and it's reassuring knowing that messages are going out without me having to do anything.

It developed leads with well known brands that I struggled to engage with on email. Most noticeably, I closed deals that were generated through Salesflow with AWS, HSBC, and bp. Without Salesflow, I am confident in saying I would have not got these leads - quite a few happened to be very good timing, but that's the way with sales, and that's what Salesflow delivers.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Support could have been a bit faster at times. Integration with multichannel selling would be better and if there could be more automated personalisation such is [if person is in a company < 500 employees say: a value prop related to SME] and vice versa - things like that could help with outreach.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needing to develop leads at scale whilst reducing the amount of time needed to prospect. It also built my network up on LinkedIn increasing my connections within my industry, so I would often see updates that are relevant to my area.

 ### 27. Great software for automating sales outreach.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorne F. | COO, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Ease of use when developing automated LinkedIn outreach campaigns. It automates repetitive tasks, such as email sequencing, lead prioritization, and data entry, allowing sales representatives to focus on high-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

The limits that are put in place by LinkedIN can be frustrating, but that is of no fault to Salesflow. They offer a demo to try the platform and perhaps it could be longer.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables users to personalize their email templates and sequences, tailoring their outreach to individual prospects. Salesflow.io allows for dynamic variables, merge fields, and conditional logic, ensuring that each communication feels personalized and relevant, thereby increasing the chances of a positive response.

 ### 28. The Perfect tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

As a sales Manager, I am always selling and managing my team. My time is limited and SalesFlow has allowed me to automate my outreach while keeping it personal. It helps me book meetings while I'm focusing on tasks.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

The one gap that I see, is that it would be nice to have the ability to export list with better contact information. We have to use a sepperate tool for this process.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me make connections to potential customers and creating opportunities that would normally take hours out of my day. It allows me to spend my time on managing my team and other important tasks.

 ### 29. Easy to Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura P. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The best of SF is the automated way to send all the messages thread, and the way to use it and upload the saved searches is very easy and smooth with no complications at all

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Sometimes stop sending the messages or takes too much time. Also, I´ve experienced delays and unnecessary pauses in sending the right campaign. I´d like this to be fixed.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In maximizing the time to send all the messages and increasing the number of leads. It´s been very helpful for me in order to take advantage of the time and my performance has increase

 ### 30. Automated secuences for LinkedIn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John O. | Board member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

It's really good to send automatic connection requests and to send automated sequences to prospects. I also like very much the dashboard that lets you see real-time connection requests, messages sent and replies.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Its connection with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is not always very smooth and sometimes you have to double add or double check that when you add new contacts to a list they're actually added to it.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is super difficult to manually prospect people on LinkedIn because you can't keep track of all of your prospects. Salesflow enables us to do this seamlessly.

 ### 31. A true conversion tool for LinkedIn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew K. | Branch Manager NMLS215996, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Salesflow will dramatically increase your sales conversions on LinkedIn. You can leverage your contacts by creating automation that lead to real conversations.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

To be honest, I have not found any flaws in this software yet. I have been using automated software tools for over a decade and Salesflow has everything you need in order to promote sales.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow connects me with the right people in my targeted audience. The automated messages lead to real conversations and one on one appointments with the individuals I need to partner with.

 ### 32. Extremely helpful and easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

I love the use of the campaigns and how organized they are. I love how helpful it is with the automated messages being sent out on LinkedIn. It has helped me connect with a lot of people.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I haven't come across anything I don't like on Salesflow. So far it's been very easy to use.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow is helping me be able to connect with more people in a much faster way than I'd be able to do myself. This benefits me by gaining more connections each day.

 ### 33. The best automation software I have used.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matty D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

It is very powerful. It saves me lots of time. The staff are helpful. The website is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Sometimes when I add campaigns, Salesflow adds more contacts that should not be there.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving our business time. Making processes more efficient.

 ### 34. Automatise LinkedIn task

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The first thing that stands out about Salesflow is its straightforward and intuitive user interface (UI), making it easy even for less tech-savvy users to get accustomed to the platform quickly. This is where the brilliant user experience (UX) comes in.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

While Salesflow delivers impressive automation capabilities, a minor drawback worth mentioning is that it might come across as slightly overwhelming for beginners. With an array of features and tools available, users may initially feel a bit daunted when trying to set up and customize their automated campaigns.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow solves the often time-consuming and tedious task of manually managing and engaging with LinkedIn connections. By automating the process of sending connection requests, follow-up messages, and InMails

 ### 35. LinkedIn Automated Messaging That Makes My Life Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

As an Sales Development Representative (SDR), I'm managing both inbound and outbound leads. Engaging consistently with outbound opportunities is easier than ever with SalesFlow!

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I am excited for the Salesforce integration! Once they finish the beta version, I'd love free access to it since I've been a trusted tester. ;)

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow allows me to consistently reach out to qualified opportunities via LinkedIn Messaging! Once it has the Salesforce integration, it will allow the entire outbound funnel to be streamlined.

 ### 36. "Done for you"? Yes, please.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

"Done-for-you" services and quick response time.

I'm not an active user of social networks in general but LinkedIn does wonders to expand your network and look for new partnerships/leads, so I had to adapt.

Salesflow the platform helps me put the outreach part on auto-pilot so I need to manually engage only with interested/relevant connections. Saves me a good chunk of time I'd rather spend on literally anything else. Maybe they can add some AI in the future to do it for me as well...

Salesflow the service helped to identify the right audience/personas for my outreach with some insightful initial suggestions and a bit of A/B testing (my idea vs. theirs, theirs showed better result).
Plus they made a pretty decent copy based on my requirements. Had to tweak it a little bit, of course, because nobody knows my product better than I do.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I didn't spend too much time doing stuff within the platform myself since I used the 'done-for-you' services but, on the few occasions I did I, wished there was more documentation / better knowledge base that dives deeper into the specifics of how the platform works.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, it's a good way to automate a good marketing/outreach channel, so time-saving is huge for me. Plus, the obvious benefits of connecting to people who are most likely to take an interest in your product.

 ### 37. Great tool for LinkedIn outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Easy to use interface, having the abilitiy to self serve, and being able to currate lists is very simple. The tool provides dashboard reporting at a glance. Having the ability to tag leads to follow up is helpful. Support has been incredible.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I wish there was an easier way to set up integrations. Connecting different apps through webhooks is possible, but time consuming. The tool provides dashboard reporting at a glance, but it would be helpful to click into exact numbers for a more detailed view.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow is helping us expand our reach through LinkedIn messaging. It allows us to target the right kinds of contacts and automate outbound messaging, saving our team tons of time.

 ### 38. My Experience with SalesFlow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G. | Founder & Head Of Growth, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Like the automated sequences (some of them can run for months), the fact that I can create multiple campaigns with different messaging & that I have analytics to measure the campaign performance.

Also security is good. Been using them since April, and haven't had problems with my profile.

Like the fact they have an inbox where I can respond & tag people as needed.

Like the fact that I can use multiple profiles from one dashboard & switch between them.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I don't like the fact that currently, the only way to update campaign messaging is to update the same exact templates (otherwise, the same leads would receive all the intro messages again).

It's sad that the workaround for bypassing LinkedIn's 100 New Connections / Week limit stopped working.

There's no way to send GIFs & images from the SalesFlow inbox & no ability to schedule them as messages to be sent.

The campaign reporting numbers are not always accurate.

It would be good to be able to upload a list of people to Blacklist, not just Blacklist keywords & locations.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated LinkedIn outreach & follow-up. Then also analyzing the data of my outreach campaigns, so I can see which messaging works best & optimize the performance of my campaigns.

 ### 39. Using Salesflow for lead generation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ainars P. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

It saves time to approach potential leads. Before discovering SalesFlow this process was done manually and would take quite a bit of my time. Despite some minor errors (campaigns sometime stop by themselves, etc) the overall experience is good. Have actually recommended this app to a friend who also works in sales.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

There have been some minor issues. When entering the keywords for a campaign it would not start. Only then I discovered that a campaign can be launched if I set it only targeting one job title and country. Perhaps there are ways to overcome this but I lacked the information regarding this, had to fiddle around and find out by myself. Also some campaigns stopped mid process or cancelled, but it was notified by SalesFlow team that they had some errors in the system.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time. A lot. SalesFlow turned a manual and tedious process in to a fully automated one, which is great.

 ### 40. excellent premium LinkedIn prospecting automation platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel K. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

Simple powerful workflows for LinkedIn prospecting/message sequence automation

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

Importing leads from LinkedIn / Navigator can be a bit awkward and takes a while to figure out the best workflow

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting in any shape requires multiple follow-ups to get the most responses. When applied to LinkedIn, this means multiple messages to the same prospects. Doing this manually for dozens or hundreds of prospects is a massive time effort. SalesFlow automates this.

 ### 41. Get more engagement and value from LinkedIn investment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARK D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

I'm able to personalize the my messaging and the follow up process. Also I really value the feature that stops further automated interaction when a prospect has responded .

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

That I cannot currently attach videos or docs to my automated email reponses.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to employ a lead generator consultant to do what the automation does as well as being able to grow my network more efficiently and organically.

So big fan

 ### 42. I am doing a week trial and just started but so far so good.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It is easy to use and a unique way of prospecting. I appreciate how fast I can reach out to people and build connections to up my prospecting game. It allows me to set so many more meetings.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I dislike that you have to create your own content and templates. If there was info already provided it would make things much more smooth and easier to prospect.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my automation and prospecting issues. I am a one man sales team and this tool helps me reach out to so many more folks than I could ever imagine as I've only ever done things manually.

 ### 43. Quickly Built my LinkedIn Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monique B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

SalesFlow helped me build my LinkedIn connections quickly, which was integral to my success in a new industry. It gave me credibility.

My top 3 favorite features of the platform are: user-friendliness, filtering capability to reach a specific target audience, and LinkedIn messaging directly from SalesFlow. It's efficient and saves me time.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

In the past, there were limitations with automatically integrating LinkedIn connections into a CRM. It looks as though that feature has been added, so no complaints there! My only other "dislike", which isn't a bad problem, is the vast number of names you can pull WITHOUT using a filter. You really need to know your target audience to personalize your messaging.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to target a specific niche via LinkedIn and Salesflow filtering feature does that for us. These contacts are then automatically integrated into our CRM so we can start email drip campaigns to extend our reach. We do not get emails/phone numbers, but we use other tools to supplement that data. Our most important task is to land the proper names, industries, and titles, connect with them, and develop a relationship as a thought-leader.

 ### 44. The tool has greatly facilitated the hard work of prospecting.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Automation and the ease of connecting in a broader way result in a high percentage of effectiveness for the sales team and achievements.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

which has a cap that, although it is based on LinkedIn, I believe they should expand it to be more effective and reach more people, resulting in greater positive effectiveness for the sales pipeline

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accelerate prospecting, automate and expand the network to have greater contact and effectiveness, resulting in reaching more people and companies and responding to leads with a high percentage of interest

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

I faced a little bit of a problem trying to connect to my LinkedIn. But, I got it resolved with the help of their support team.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to organise a LinkedIn campaign for an event we were organising. The dashboard helped keep track of all the responses and automate the entire process and AB test out messaging using their built-in analytics feature.

 ### 46. Game changer for business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan D. | Proprietary Forex Trader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The tool allows me to manage all my customer data in one place, making it easier for me to track progress and prioritize tasks.

Salesflow's automation features have also been incredibly helpful. With its email integration and automated follow-up reminders, I can keep my communication with customers on track, ensuring that I never miss an opportunity to close a deal. The pricing structure of Salesflow can be quite expensive, which may be a barrier for some businesses, especially smaller ones. While I feel the value provided by the tool justifies the cost, it's important to consider whether it fits within your budget.

Salesflow is solving the problem of managing and streamlining the sales process by providing a comprehensive tool for managing deals, prospects, and customer data. This benefit allows me to keep track of all my sales activities in one place, automate tasks, and gain insights into my performance to improve my sales results.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Salesflow?**

The ability to schedule campaigns for specific geo targets. It provides an easy way for event reminders and meetup bookings. We can manage the whole ongoing team's campaigns from a dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Salesflow?**

There is a slight learning curve when looking at the dashboard statistics. Eg. "Invite sent" actually refers to invites sent without being accepted, not all invites sent for a campaign.

**What problems is Salesflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesflow allows marketing teams the ability to run LinkedIn campaigns 24/7, removing the manual process at the start of reaching out to prospects. Instead, we can now spend our time replying to the positive responses coming back.
