Route4Me has donated their software and expertise to help our non-profit organization deliver 50,000 meals to the homeless and less-fortunate each Thanksgiving morning. Our routing process that involves thousands of deliveries and used to take us months to organize now is handled in a matter of hours -- reducing our costs and allowing us to dedicate our limited resources to buying food and other necessities. Their support team has been outstanding - incredibly responsive even at 3 in the morning. Our requirements are different than many of their customers, but they have always been willing to make adjustments to ensure that the job gets done.
