I'd like to have a user experience improved interface. The text is very small and is not so easy to read. It should be more intuitive. It also has a good structure when you need to submit an idea because it asks for certain parameters that make you think about how to structure or build the idea so that it is solid. Another important point is that people not only give an idea but also consider other aspects such as investment, savings, the way to present it, and how to implement it on the ground. The points system seems to me a correct way to rate the ideas, but I think it can improve by taking into account more aspects of each idea since they are all different and in my opinion, not all can be rated the same. **What do you dislike about Rever?** When you want to search for an idea, the search engine takes too long. This causes that when someone wants to check if a similar idea exists, they can't find it and it gets repeated. Maybe filters could be implemented or some sort of time frame in case the idea is repeated but hasn't been followed up on, so you can continue with it yourself and not discard it just because someone else already did it. **Recommendations to others considering Rever:** Follow up on all the ideas, since no idea is bad. No matter how simple an idea seems, you don't know how good it might turn out to be. **What problems is Rever solving and how is that benefiting you?** Several of the ideas that have been presented have been successfully implemented, and an improvement in the plant has been observed. For example, some day-to-day problems have been solved thanks to the operators' ideas, and these help us a lot since they are the ones in direct contact with the company's activities. As a positive point, I see that people can present their improvement ideas in a more dynamic way and especially with visual aid, thus facilitating their implementation. Once we implemented REVER in our plant, the fronline participation inmediately growed up, the main probably the main issue we experiencied at that time was the lack of experience in continuos improvent topics, but these were solved by a very intense training. The launch was focused in to identify and beat the 8 wastes in the shop floor and we got this by getting involve the frontline and the staff. The app allows this becasuse it has a very specific play role between the coach and the idea generator, this playgame allows a very clear relationship within the teams and staff-colaborators.
